Exceptionel staff, lovely hotel a d great food!

Great staff! Fabulous location. We walked everywhere from our hotel. And all of the automation in our room! So cool!

Top option in Vienna

Very luxury and artistic one of the kind hotel which I was very impressed and absolutely loved. I wish there were more hotel like this. Staff members are also very nice and having high standards for customer experience. I will definitely use the hotel again. One thing I would suggest is to put more room signs where people can see. There was one near the elevator but that’s all. It was like a maze until I find out my room number.

Property was ideally located and beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Was a great stay

Right next to a fantastic park and a short walk from the city center, it can’t get much better than this but the staff and amenities take it that extra mile. A must stay if you are visiting Vienna.

The hotel was grand and spacious. Had a nice cafe and bar to relax in. The room was large and we had everything we needed. The shower didn’t spray very well and the mini bar wasn’t restocked 2 out of our 5 days there but these are minor issues. Overall really enjoyed my stay here.

Property is well maintained, pretty, and walkable to central area. We had mixed experiences with front desk staff; some were very friendly and approachable, others less so. Some miscommunication over check-in/having luggage ready in our room once it was available but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

What a wonderful space to spend a few days in. It's beautifully designed, full of interesting art, and very convenient for all the galleries, museums, and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We loved our extremely comfortable room, the breakfasts, the bar, and the pool and gym. We had a meal in the dining room on Valentine's Day and that was also excellent. Best thing about the place, however, was its friendly, helpful, very efficient staff. They made a great stay even better.

A modern hotel in the heart of the city center, many restaurants in the area and attractions. Hotel food was very good for breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Quiet but very modern, maybe lacking some character like similar hotels in the area. But very convenient and only hotel that i have stayed in that offers breakfast until 2pm. Overall definitely worthwhile.

Love the hotel! Boutique hotel with a small Spa if you want to relax. They upgraded me to a better room since they had space. Staff was friendly, restaurant and bar are great, rooms are modern and clean! Highly recommend!

Spacious, elegant, and modern. The only flaw was the bathtub.
