Simple, no fuss when checking in and checking out, for me who has to hurry to catch a plane, this is the best guest house, I often stay here, it's also nice to have a bolster 👍🏻

strong water, hot water is always available, spacious room, clean linen, glasses, plates, spoons and forks and mineral water, soft mattress, tea and coffee are always refilled at any time, spacious and safe parking

Clean. Comfortable. The location is in an alley, but cars can enter from left to right. Many food stalls. Easy access everywhere.

First time here. Quite satisfied. The check in out process is simple and fast, the room is spacious and clean, there is a shared terrace there is a dispenser, free coffee sachets and occasional snacks. Near cheap and delicious food places too. Hot water is ok, TV is ok. The downside is the sheets are dull in color but clean. If you stay long, the room is not cleaned every day.

The service is bad, I was kicked out even though I had paid, the receptionist didn't report it yesterday so I could report it to CS, instead I was told to move and pay double. The bed facilities have shrunk, so sleeping is not comfortable. The AC is not cold

It's great for a budget of around 300, the room is clean, the bathroom too, the water heater works well, the AC is cold, no complaints at all, next time I want to stay here again if I go to BPP

It's really good with the right price. Exceeded expectations. When I go to Balikpapan again, I will definitely stay here.
