The hotel is comfortable. It's close to everything. It's easy to find food.

Good location, close to the airport, easy to find local food, there is kedai kopi aceh in hotel area, parking space very wide.

The TV is old-fashioned, the picture is full of ants, it's really creepy... the toilet spray is broken, the washcloth is broken, it leaks so it's muddy, there's no cupboard, the atmosphere is scary too... but the staff are friendly and it's close to the mall...

The hotel team was very helpful..when there was a room next to it that was disturbing..even though I was told off twice, they were still stubborn..thank you FO and security who helped

Drinking water is provided enough for guests, refillable on each floor. 👍🏻 Worth it for this price, the facilities are according to the price. Access to the mall is close. Ordering vege or non-vege Grabfood is also practical, cheap delivery. A 5-minute walk to RD Heaven Pluit, North Jakarta.

The hotel's location is strategic, the staff is friendly, and the restroom cleanliness needs further attention. Please also change the sheets and pillowcases. It's a bit noisy in the hallway in front of the room, perhaps not soundproof enough, but it's understandable since it's a 2-star hotel.
