On the downside, I found the room too small, making it difficult to open a suitcase. The location is also quite remote, and the road leading to the property is poorly lit at night. However, so far, everything is as pictured. All areas are clean. The villa caretaker is on standby near the villa and arrives promptly when needed.

Maybe because it's always full, the undercarriage of the room isn't swept, the upper part of the sofa also smells damp, the lower floor is a bit sticky... but the service from the security guard is good, fast and always helpful... the admin also replies to WhatsApp messages quickly

Easy & convenient. Morning jogging around the villa is quite okay. The garage can accommodate 1 car, you can also park outside, it's safe. To access the villa, the route fits 1 car. The swimming pool works, the water heater works. Aqua gallon, kitchen set, stove available. I couldn't try the food in the villa area.

I'm staying with friends, we had soo much fun cooking and playing at the pool. Cons the place was so hot keke, but we pretend we're at bali.

The ci/co process is very easy and fast. The furniture and kitchen equipment are very good and the villa guard is very friendly. The drainage around the pool needs to be improved.

The villa is superduper cozy, the building is new, clean and well maintained. Clean swimming pool, very comfortable staying here. It's not far if you want to go to the Jogja monument.
