Regarding complaints regarding bed sheets, it is possible that the bed sheets have faded in color, but we always change the bed sheets every time there is a change of guests in each room. For mold, we have checked again that there is never any on each of our bed sheets because the bed sheets are always changed for every guest who checks out. Regarding refunds according to OTA policy, they cannot be done according to Traveloka policy.
