The receptionist was very nice and the hotel was also very close to the center, convenient for traveling.

The room was dirty. I went out at 9am and the room was not cleaned. I came back at 2pm for lunch and the room was not cleaned. I was very upset. I called the receptionist and said it was overloaded and affected my family's rest time. I will never come back. The location is deep inside, not convenient and very inconvenient.

The reception room and lobby were quite dark and quiet, the room was ok but I couldn't sleep at night because the pressure pump kept beeping all night right next to my bed! My parents are old and I have trouble sleeping so it was very uncomfortable!

infrastructure is degraded, old sofa, dirty bed sheets with sand and dirt, broken reading light, toilet has moldy shower curtain, yellowed curtain, weak wifi can't load internet, rusty balcony, shower gel and shampoo bottles don't say which shower gel and which shampoo, toilet paper couldn't be any better, it's already rotten before I wipe it, I stayed in room 501B and the door was stuck open and had to be pulled hard and pushed to get it out. The receptionist was not enthusiastic in greeting, when I went by car they didn't show me where to park it, nonsense, my family had to park it on the beach in front of the beach, parking for 2 days was the same as renting a room for 1 day, Too bad, 1 star rating, not recommended to experience. The hotel owner should come by to check the situation, the faucet also lost its shower head and didn't replace it

Because it's the low tourist season, the experience is quite okay. Remember to ask carefully about the price of car rental and laundry. The room is spacious for 4 people, but the small minus point is that the refrigerator is quite small.

In the morning, I asked the receptionist to clean the room, but when I returned in the afternoon, nothing was cleaned. Cleaning room said the receptionist did not notify, receptionist said cleaning room could not be done in time, unprofessional. When I received it, the floor was still wet, hot water sometimes worked, sometimes not, and the TV couldn't be watched. 😑😑😑😑😑

In general, the hotel is ok, but the refrigerator is broken and smells bad. When I was about to leave, there was an electrical problem and I had to change the room to a higher one, which was inconvenient when leaving the room. The rest are ok.

The location right in the center is very pleasant, across the street is the sea, easy to move everywhere and there are massage shops + clothes shops, grocery stores to buy ice or other items which is very convenient. There are 15 floors. Lovely staff and elevator + air conditioning. The air conditioner is old but still cool enough, so tell the receptionist to turn it on 2 hours before arriving and it will be ok. I really like this place!
