The AC position is not right, so the room is a bit hot.

The room is not well maintained, horror, cleanliness is very bad to visit again!

Please at least clean the bathroom and cook the crust until it turns yellow 😰. After that, I asked to move rooms, but the conditions were the same. Let's go straight to CO. And just answered-answered, sorry, thank you, immediately played on the cellphone again, FO. No Respect. Good luck with your money entering your account.

The AC wasn't cold, the room was dirty, there were other people's underwear in the cupboard, the bathroom wasn't clean, and they didn't provide mineral water.

The original condition is far from the photo.

The standard room does not match the picture, the standard room floor is dirty, the receptionist has admitted that the room is rarely cleaned, not recommended at all, checkout doesn't take 1 day.

The TV couldn't be used, the towels were bad.

The sheets were torn and not cold at all. Under the mattress was dirty, lots of tissue and other rubbish. Lots of mosquitoes in the room because the room wasn't cold. The towels were worn out and very rough, I had to replace them with new ones but they were still being used.

Nice rooms, clean, strategic, friendly staff, safe and comfortable location, basically I will come here again when I'm on assignment in Surabaya 👍.
