take the executive suite type with 2 beds, so the room is very spacious and comfortable. but there is no kettle and glasses.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel service is good, the hotel is clean, it's just not soundproof enough, the sound of people chatting in front of the room can still be heard, otherwise it's comfortable for that price.

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, but there are no sandals, the bathroom equipment is not up to standard like a 3-star hotel, the towels don't smell good, the smell of paint is still strong, the TV channels are incomplete, just staying here once is enough.

Stayed here because there was a basketball game. Not far from Sehati Basketball Hall. The room was pretty good. Choose a room with a window so it's not stuffy. Although there is no elevator, the one on the 2nd floor is nice.

Staff okay Friendly. Room is neat. Cons: - I got a room on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Sigh. - Entering the room I met a cockroach. - TV channels are always jammed, only 1 KTV channel. - No kettle, can't make tea/coffee. Thank God I could still sleep. For a 3 star, it's not like this like other 3 stars. The minuses can be corrected again🙏

Pelayannya mencoba untuk curang, saya check in jam 21.00 lalu check out jam 12.20 kan masih masuk jam 12 ya, karena ada sholat Jumat juga. Mau dikenain charge 50rb. Licik!

Ada beberapa kejadian yang sangat tidak mengenakan, jam 12 pas listrik sudah dimatikan semua berserta airnya, dan saya mengalami kejadian mungkin dia owner yang ingin menantang rekan saya dan sudah menyenggol lengan rekan saya. Sangat tidak pantas owner bersikap semena mena? Huh saya bayar ya pak gak numpang gratisan!

The hotel is clean and looks great, but the bed still inside the plastic cover, don't know why they still keep it there, but make little bit less convenience, anyway overall still good.

Strategic location, close to the grand mosque, close to Mixue, close to the city center. The building is new, so it's still clean & very comfortable. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is quite spacious, the AC is cold, the water heater is okay, there are windows too. Get towels and amenities. The lobby is indoor and outdoor, you can hang out and drink coffee. With a price of 300 thousand, it is really worth it 🤩.

Minusnya: Tidak ada sandal hotel, minim fasilitas tidak ada telpon kamar, sikat gigi dapet cuma 1. Air mineral botol kecil, hari berikutnya tidak dkasih baru. Tidak ada lift harus tangga manual sampai lantai 3. Yang lumayan ukuran kamar mandi luas. Tapi ada minusnya lagi, air kamar mandi sempet mati tidak ngalir. Perlu banyak pembenahan biar layak disebut hotel.
