A breakfast was a bit dissapontment, only self service from fridge. Related to this the price for night was expensive from our needs.

Clean property close to town and restaurants.

The owners of the property do their best to make you feel right at home with their personal touches to the place! Although we checked in really late (past midnight), the check-in process was fuss-free and we found ourselves in a clean cozy room shortly after - just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Toilets are shared but clean. Breakfast is also self-served. The place itself is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and the main shopping street. Highly recommended place to stay if you're visiting Lulea and want a place to stay in town.

The hotel is situated just a few steps from the main street of Luleå city center - Storgatan, but at the same time it's very quiet there. All instructions about usage of hotel's amenities are very correct and polite. Every detail is on its place.

Homey place to stay! I was there just for an overnight, but found it warm and homey. Nice to have some small breakfast options in the morning as well! Marie was easy to communicate with and made check in super easy. Enjoyed my stay!

Very nice and comfortable place, good self service breakfast. The location is excellent and we had perfect communication with the hosts regardless that they weren't there. Highly recommended.

As one of only 2 affordable places to stay in Luleå for a budget traveller, this place was a pleasant surprise. My room, and the whole B&B, was very clean and quiet. Beautifully soft, comfortable mattress on the bed, great breakfast and a kitchen, where you can cook your own dinner. Also the owner, Maria, is a really nice woman. I only spent one night there then was leaving the next night at 9.17pm on a train to Stockholm. I asked her if I could leave my luggage in the B&B all day while I looked around but she did even better than that. As it was off-season and very quiet at the time she said I didn't even have to leave the room till that night. Highly recommended.

Good basic accommodation

Service provided was very friendly, accommodating, n informative. The location was great, near the water n at downtown, only a couple of blocks from my biz site. It is close to restaurants, shops, transport, etc.

It was unbearably hot in the whole flat and in the room. No air to breathe!! More than 30 degrees! The rest was ok.

Huone oli melko tunkkainen, mutta erittäin tilaava. Tarjolla oleva aamiainen oli heikko, onneks oli omat eväät mukana. Sisäänkirjautiminen oli helppoa. Hinta oli varausvahvistuksenssa eri mitä laskutettava hinta. Laskutettiin 300kruunua enemmän mitä varauksessa oli ilmoitettu. Tästä kun kyseli tuli töykeä vastaus. Eli hotellihuoneen olisi saanut samaan hintaan. Kyllä harmitti

Lite strul vid ankomsten, rummet var inte färdigstädat och fel dörrkod. Det fixades ganska snabbt. Trevligt B&B, lite trånga rum. Vi kommer att rekommensera det.

Ingen personal. Kod för att komma in, nyckel till rummet. Toa och dusch i korridoren. Frukost är självplock i köket - inte så tjusgt, men funktionellt.

Boende som duger bra om man bara ska ha en sovplats. Rent och snyggt. Bra hjälp från persoal. Kan varmt rekommenderas

設備は古めですが、静かなホテルです。こちらのミスでトラブルがありましたが、親切な対応に助けられました。 ルレオでは繁華街の端にありますが、騒がしくなく落ち着いた環境です

Die Lage ist gut. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden und die Lüftung ist sehr schlecht. Die Bäder wurden nicht täglich gereinigt. Es gibt jeden Tag die selbe eine Sorte Käse und Wurst zum Frühstück.
