The room was clean but more rustic than what the pictures show. Staff was average, not very friendly. When we arrived, they were not expecting any guests so they had to hurry and clean our room.

Luis and his family, have created a wonderful place to escape to nature. Modern style cabins with beautiful rustic location at the top of a picturesque mountain, from where you have an amazing view of the city both at day and night. Delicious homemade food, the warmest people, with high standard of quality and hospitality. The cabins have chimneys and the staff will set the fire for you if you need it. Awesome stay. I will definitely remember this cozy cabin forever!

I rented the family home, it did not have a hot tub, so not every room has one, their information is misleading. It is really cold as it is on top of a mountain with no central heating, they did accomodate and provide us with space heaters. The food is amazing, i would highly recommend their hot cocoa and their chicken soup, their complimentery breakfast is also really good. The staff is friendly and gracious, they did provide us with horse back riding, pictures with farm animals a lama, cow, donkey, horses. We were also thought how to milk a cow, and they do a small hike to a lagoon. I would recommend this place, but be aware that it is more of a rustic experience then a luxury hotel. Be careful driving up as it is a dirt road from the main road to the property. Banos is about a 30 minute drive down the mountain and has tons of high adventure and dining and party options. Its also a great place for influencer photos. I would recommend this place to friends and family just be aware that it is not a luxury hotel but more of a rustic farm experience.
