Nice place to stay with partial ocean view. Bathroom not smelly like other places with similar pricing.

Limited breakfast availability. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel served the worst quality food I encountered in my traveling experience: low quality watered down eggs, unpleasant sausage, water down coffee. It was expensive and abysmal. Most of the staff has basic english speaking skills so it was a challenge to communicate, get accurate directions, etc.

Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Great breakfast and adjoining pizza restaurant. Although nearly an hour's walk from the old dock, Les Docks Village which is a large very nice modern shopping and restaurant complex is only 5 minutes walk away. The air conditioned apartment was lovely and spacious, but let down by the sink being the opposite end of the apartment to the toilet. Our balcony overlooked offices and the road. Overall, excellent value and would choose to stay there again.

not in the city centre at all. far from everything

The location was terrible for tourists.Far from tourist areas in a commercial area. Did not feel safe in nearby streets especially after dark. Staff were mostly helpful, but many were unable to communicate in English. Room itself was good, but this is not a hotel with typical hotel services ..it is an aparthotel with limited services Definitely would not stay there again.

It is very complicated to have a deposit that is not returned immediately but the day after checkout. They should have damage insurance and not complicate the payment process so much.

In general we had a number of poorer experiences here. For 24 hours the wifi didn’t work. The hotel could not find our booking at check in. In addition, be prepared for the room not to be serviced daily (apart-hotel only has servicing every 4 days), and the lines for check in/reception are often 15-30 mins long

We enjoy our stay in general because we did not stay indoors for most of the trip. However, the sewage/toilet was a mess (it was foul smelling during the day and mostly at night) and the ventilation system was not efficient (because we were very hot all through the trip as we slept). The staff were polite and helpful on check in. The €300 deposit was a tad steep but I understand.

Easy metro ride to the main strip of restaurants, and a lovely hotel with great facilities. Get the breakfast, it's worth it.

Place seemed clean and air conditioning worked. Staff was friendly There was a smell coming from the drain that was a bit unpleasant

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!!! I prepaid for this room. Room price was $115. They just charged my wife $400 on her card!!! They are saying the monies quoted my Hotels.com are inaccurate and they “adjusted” to market price after the fact. Terrible hotel, terrible service and not scamming us!!

The property is top notch, but there is limited places to eat nearby.
