A/c great , pool great, room good, except for the noise level ….and I misjudged the start of Easter celebrations. The hotel next door had no noise limits or pool capacity levels, and despite the high wall between the properties, the entire party people (yelling,screaming) may as well have been in my room! I had little sleep for the last 3 nights of my stay. Otherwise I would give a higher overall rating for the hotel.

First room was off main street. Extremely noisy. Hard to sleep. Ants in the space. Had to move to another room. Kitchen is nominal.

There is only a gas cook top and blender in the kitchen, but a full size fridge. Dishes, utensils and some pots & pan are provided. A/C worked well. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is prompt. The king bed was very hard, but surprisingly quite comfortable. On the downside, there's a lot of street noise (vehicle traffic and LOUD music) if your window faces that way, and from construction on the property.

This place was great to stay at. Just look at the pictures, 2 heated. Free coffee and wate r Kitchens could use a few things for long stays, maid every day. Great location for everything. Hard to get in this place because of waiting list .Hopefully will get back next year

Heated pool was amazing! Staff are extremely friendly. Our bed was ridiculously firm but we were provided some mattess toppers.

Great location- close to beach- pools were busy with kids-staff were great- very loud as construction started 7am-7pm on site. no coffee pot/toaster in room- coffee by office every morning. I would stay again-good value

Very friendly staff. Room was not exactly as shown on the website but was sufficient. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were extremely hard.

Nice facilities. Very clean. On the main street in Guayabitos, so there is a bit of street noise. Pools are heated which was very nice. 5 minute walk to the beach. Many nice restaurants within a short distance walk. Not excessively far from the airport wich is easily reached by bus, taxi or ride share.

No power for a couple of days on and off. No water for a day.Understandably it happens but not one staff member came around and explained. They were nice though once you asked them. Would I stay there again? No.

All great except we felt the tables & chairs in pool area could have been cleaned more often & the grounds swept.

Unfortunately we had no power for much of our one nite stay and no water for all of it.

Older resort, rooms comfortable & clean. Loved the pool & lounge areas. Great location; near beach, good grocery shopping and little restaurants along the street. Beds & pillows uncomfortable though

Our rooms were very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Great staff. We were there during a Cartel incident and although we were scheduled to leave. Desk staff and cleaning staff were very caring and accommodating
