A birthday treat for my girlfriend, it was the perfect setting for a cosy weekend away immaculately clean and well presented with everything we needed, really enjoyed out stay and will definitely staying again in the future

The room was lovely and spacious, had everything we needed was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Our host was really helpful and easy to communicate with and the property was in such a lovely quiet area. We were close enough to the local town centre to drive over for tea and 30 mins from Harrogate for a day out. Absolutely brilliant value for money

Lovely little place. Warm and clean. Comfy bed, decent shower, comfy settee in bedroom. Tiny kitchen, but has kettle, toaster, microwave and fridgefreezer, so great for heating things up. Very helpful and communicative host. Quiet village but pub 100m away serving real ale...

Very quiet farmyard location just off High st in sleepy village. Accommodation is perfect en-suite large bedroom with a small kitchen and breakfast table for two,kettle toaster and microwave ! Emma the host is so lovely! The village has a country pub serving food (mainly Thai cuisine freshly cooked) and a mile away next village also has a lovely country pub serving more traditional food ! Neither village has a shop so take breakfast stuff with you! Supermarkets within 5 miles. If you want quiet and relaxing but in easy reach of sightseeing experiences then this is for you 👍 we did 3 nights will definitely go back! For families Emma has a cottage nearby 👍

Very relaxing property. Perfect for a short break. In a great area for visiting Fountains abbey, Ripon, Thirsk and Whitby. Easy access to A1M motorway. Property was in a very quiet village.

Comfortable stay very close to A1 and accessible to Ripon where I was doing business. Very quiet which was good

Clean and comfortable

Very nice stay, the location suited me perfectly. The kitchen is tiny and really only suitable for making hot drinks, there is a fridge, kettle and toaster so no complaint. There isn’t a living room but there is a sofa and TV. Overall a great place and lovely host.

The property was really comfortable and well designed.There was everything I needed. Comfortable bed’ great en-suite with shower and a small kitchen with crockery sink and microwave. Owner really helpful. Would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the Grange Farm Lodge. It was easy to find with the directions that Emma gave us and it was clean and suffice for what we needed. Great value for money.

Fabulous accommodation

Small but beautiful shaped. Great bed and pillows, where do you still get feather pillows? The Owner lady was extremely helpful and kind letting us stay on , at checking out as our flight was at 20.00
