The front entrance steps were all broken and perhaps unsafe. The photos of the place on the Internet were deceiving. Entering was like entering someone's bedroom as the front desk man was laying on a cot with a sheet over him when I entered. The place had the ambience of a skid road hotel. Front desk man was reluctant to show me the room and told me that I could not cancel now in any case. I elected not to stay there I was so off put by the entrance experience. I am not sure if I can recoup my money but if hotels.com does not refund me I shall never use them again. I am just tired of deceptive photos on the Internet and then third parties having their way with my credit card.

This is sleazy place. I left immediately and requested a full refund. DO NOT recommend.

The room was clean, just the right size. Everything was just right.

Parking was not an issue

So the outside looks like it belongs in a war zone. It honestly looks the worst ever. I apologized to the Mrs soon as we arrived. However the rooms have had work done on them and are clean. The bedding and beds are another thing as are the curtains. Stains on the sheets and a quilted Brown/Gold bedspread that had me wondering when it was last washed. The place doesn’t allow checkin before 1500 I know this because I rang the number at reception at 1438 and was told I had to wait. Luckily there’s was a watering hole with the World Cup on just over the road.

Clean room.

We found our room and halls clean. Water pressure was fantastic! The rate was good. The cafeteria mentioned on the website included free coffee and refreshments each morning. We were met both mornings with a coffee machine, 2- slice toaster and a keurig machine; but nothing to put in them. Glad we checked in a half hour early as the following day, someone who was to check in; their rental info including code to access their room was left for all to see on the counter with a closed gated window for checkin. Privacy gone. I was woken with a knock on our door at 8 a.m the morning of checkout. to be asked if we were staying another night! Checkout is 11. Oh well. It was clean.

The place is very cramped. There were not enough power outlets to charge our devices, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The photos made it look much better than it actually is, so the overall experience was poor.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was good. 😊

Nice clean room convienent

Room is okay but the cleaning of the parking lot is not so good. The room lock is electronic digital lock but the digits are too small that almost illegible to see.

Property was in excellent condition. It was our second time stay over there. Front Desk Staff is also very professional and humble. Convenient parking spots. Recommended!
