Amazing breakfast

The buffet breakfast was very minimal, not many options to choose from. We booked our room with a visa debit card. No where in our confirmation did it say we needed a credit card( we've stayed at other hotels with only a visa debit card) and we were almost refused our room because we didnt have our credit card with us. Tv channels were next to none. Much more french channels then english channels. We ended up shutting the tv off and using our netflix account in our phones. The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude when we tried to explain to him that nowhere in our confirmation did it say we needed a credit card. Good part of the hotel was how close it was to our concert venue. We unfortunately will not book another room there again.

Travelling for business. Staff was very competent, room very clean and bed comfortable. Temperature control was locked to fan (no heat) during winter. Not a smart TV and HDMI outlets locked, so could not stream using my own phone or tablet using the cables that I usually carry with me (who watches standard channels nowadays?).

Room was great and friendly staff

The staff was amazing including the maintenance guy. The breakfast was great, always coffee available and there was a water bottle fill station. Rooms were very comfortable and we could not here the kids play in the hallway.

Great hotel, staff and underground parking! My friend and I stayed over for a concert. This location is convenient for those heading over to TD Coliseum. There's a lot of restaurants and bars nearby since it's located near McMasters University The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Amenities. Such as pool and breakfast. Tea, coffee and fruit. Spacious clean and modern room. Friendly and helpful staff. Text chat with front desk is brilliant. Excellent value!

The breakfast menu was good, a nice variety. Bacon would have been a nicer option rather than turkey sausage patties. Room was clean and comfortable. Under ground parking is also great, especially during bad weather

New, clean hotel with wonderful complimentary breakfast and cheerful, helpful staff. Love the 24-hour complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby (regular cream and milk would be preferred over non-dairy creamer). Appreciated bag with water and a treat offered at check-in and complimentary cookies at the front desk.

Great place to stay - easy check in and out. Food was good, room was clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome. Enjoyed our short stay and would return when in area again.
