Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. The staff are always amazing. Check in and check out is streamlined. The coffee in the room is tasty. The ac and heat are super quiet, easy to use and works in seconds. Its never crowded or loud. Its located in a safe and quiet part of the city with underground parking. I always feel safe leaving my car there. Theres an oeb right next door to the hotel which has the best breakfast. The tv in the room connects easily to chrome cast so its easy to watch movies. The hotel is clean, up to date and the beds are comfy. This was my forth time staying, but wont be the last. 10 outta 10!

The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We love how clean the entire building is. Super excited to visit their new cafe in the morning! We also love the all the amenities so close by. We visit Calgary every month and this hotel is always our first choice. Another thing I have noticed is that the front staff has been there for a while, they usually recognize us. There is something comforting about seeing a familiar face when you arrive. Alt is doing something right if they can retain the great staff!

Room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. The cafe inside the hotel is very expensive... $20 for a latte and a breakfast sandwich. It's also a little noisy - I could hear every time a door was closed.

Clean room and places to eat close by if needed. Grocery store across the street. If you’re visiting a university student this is the place to stay
