Been to this hotel multiple times. Always clean. Be aware that breakfast is no longer free. Also on the weekends the rooftop bar gets crowded and the elevators were full of drunk people a lot. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Add a heat pump to the pool…..cool off the water

Staff is amazing, breakfast is not good but the rest of the hotel is great. It’s very clean and comfortable. If you get a room facing pool, you will hear kids yelling starting at 7 am. 😁

Great stay close to the beach and downtown St Augustine. Clean, excellent staff from the front desk to the valet parking.

I liked that it was walking distance to the beach and the grocery store. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I do wish that the hotel had more amenities or things to do within the facility. Overall, we had a great experience.

Had a great experience, from the Valet Parking Service, the complimentary orange water infused and coffee accesible at all times... I loved how clean the hotel was, the quiet atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Publix is right across the street and beach is just 5 min away walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

The room cleanliness is excellent, but the breakfast has little variety and is expensive considering that lack of variety.

This will definitely be a new favorite hotel for my family and I. The staff were very friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots if variety. The Vilano Beach area is beautiful and there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

Clean quiet spacious room. Convenient to stores and beaches. Bathroom water pressure was awesome. Staff and valet are great.

Great location!! You can also save parking fees by street parking!!!

The he staff was probably the most helpful friendly staff I have ever encountered. The hotel was nice very short walk to the beach or hotel would shuttle you down to the beach on a golf cart. Valet parking was $25/ day but very convenient no finding a parking space which is a hard thing to do in St Augustine and you could check your car in and out as often as you wanted.
