We were provided the wrong check in info and found someone already occupying our b&b but because it was after hours, we couldn’t reach someone to help. Instead we had to book a hotel for one night until we could reach the company during the day. Honestly, I don’t understand why they can’t provide an after hours contact in case of emergencies like this one. They did not offer any compensation other than a refund and their apologies.The property itself was great.
