Very quiet and private. A little far out but beautiful views

The drive here was really pretty. The lady at the was working the bar and desk was nice. My room is really cozy as well. I like the privacy too, feels nice to be out in nature. Also affordable 👌

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, plenty of hot water, we have no complaints. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the location and the cafe as we were just a short overnight stay. We would stay again.

When we showed up to check in, the reservation was not on their system. The owner or manager was not on sight so we had to wait for 1 hour for our cabin. The owner did show up and was very apologetic about it. He did get a cabin ready for us but it hadn’t been ready for us. I don’t think we will be using Hotels.com to book with them again.

Local Culture is awesome!

It has potential, but the lodge i got was dirty. The chair in the corner had a bunch of questionable stains, there were dead flies in the bathroom window and in the bathroom light, whats hot water?, its very outdated, there was mold along the bottom of the shower, it seemed like the room was never mopped, and communication is lacking. I needed to have my stay extended, but i neber heard back. Went to the restaurant quite a few times to talk to someone before check out but they weren't open.

The cabin shown in the images was not the cabin they put us in. We were supposed to have 8 queen beds and we only had one queen bed, 3 full beds, and 4 twin beds. There was a hole in the floor by the back door. Mold in the cabinets and flys everywhere. Doors were coming apart.

I felt like the cabin could have been cleaned better. The shower head sucks. Needs replaced or cleaned. The heater smelled like something was burning when we turned it on. The front door needed work on the stoop. Needed more condiments for coffee aka sugar packages and coffee pods. Needs better lights inside. Very dark inside.

We had fun. They just need more help. Mot unusual after Covid-19.

Called and let us know they had overbooked before we arrived. Sent us gps location and door code to another property a few miles away kindly offered us complimentary beverage at their bar. Can’t really review the cabin since it was not their property. Customer service was excellent! Bar was convenient and restaurant food was tasty. Thank you to Michelle. Regarding the place they sent us to. Shower was nice but beds were really bad. Only full size so feet hanging off. Plus plastic mattress covers that made a lot of noise if you moved around. Would not recommend Spring Creek resort.

Not a great experience for our family.

The inside of our cabin was very clean. The front porch was in desperate need of repair. We had our puppy with us and the area around the porch was full of stickers.

This is the only place I stay in Pierre.

It’s a small cabin for fishermen and hunters. It’s what you would expect. Not fancy but good enough.

Overall, my son and I enjoyed our stay. What I liked: 1. The price was right. 2. The condition of the cabin was good. 3. We arrived late and I didn't know where the cabin was, the check in staff drove the golf cart to take me to the cabin. What could see some improvement: 1. I never booked a cabin and was not sure about a lot of things, but the reservation line was never answered. 2. Make sure you pack your own cooking supplies including pans, pots, etc. 3. I was confused with the 10 am check out time sent to me by hotels.com. The actual check out time was 11. 4. There's a small refrigerator, but it was not cold.

I booked a room for 5 vet classmates of 1978 Thought we would all be in same cabin had to stay in 2 separate cabins Would’ve been fun to all be in one cabin and lie about old times. Manager did his best to make the best of times

If you want a get-away cabin, then this is the place for you. Very nice, clean cabin in a quiet area. The phone/Dish TV reception is not very good. Phone had one bar and couldn’t get anything on the Dish system. Come for relaxation and not video entertainment!

The one who is checking people in and serving at the restaurant was amazing. The spot was lovely! The cabin was basic but it worked great for my dog and I.

Good fishing. Great People thanks for the use of your facilities

Would book this place over any hotel any day 🙂
