well styled modern hotel

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Just across the road from the beach and a couple of minutes walk to restaurants. Didn't have the breakfast but free tea, coffee and filtered water available 24 hours a day.

The Hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and well laid out. I highly recommend this establishment

Overall a vey good place. My only problem was that there wasn't a desk in my room. Luckily the staff let me do my work in the sitting out area next to reception and did support me there.

Staff were very friendly and very quick with any questions or problems we had. Smell of roses as we went in and a great location.

Oostende was a real surprise. Really clean and friendly with lots of culture.

Superb hotel in Ostend city centre, opposite the Kursaal & Casino, 2 minutes walk to the tram station and the main shopping area. Very modern, great facilities and functionality. Plus all the staff who work here are amazing, so friendly and welcoming whenever I stay here.

Loved this little boutique hotel. Breakfasts were phenomenal, rooms were comfortable (it had A/C and I was there during a heat wave, so I appreciated that!), and the hotel was very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and check-out took all of 30 seconds. They also kept my bags secure while I was out doing stuff on the day of my arrival and again the day of my departure (before check-in and after check-out).

**Short Review: Picturesque and Friendly Stay** Despite the chilly weather at the beginning of June, the area was picturesque, calm, and peaceful. The staff and locals were super fun and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near transport, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to get around. While the rooms were small, the beds were very comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was a bit pricey for just a few pastries, so we skipped it, but a more affordable selection would be great. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location—I would 100% return!
