Parking was random and disorganized. Couches were dirty. Pull out bed had a bunch of missing springs. Blinds were broken. Floors were oily/sticky. Main beds were really squeaky. Pillows were not comfortable. Dining table was really wobbly, glass not connected to the legs. Only positive is that it is really close to the beach (walking distance).

They told us we were staying in a totally different building. Could not find breakfast,had to walk 2 blocks, twice. No hot water. Got a parking ticket and paid $19 for parking. Not good

The hidden charges, room wasnt anything as advertised. I had to complain in order to get a decent room. POOR customer service except the mgr Very basic dwelling. I wouldnt recommend it UNLESS you just wanna stay near the beach. No bathroom towel for the floor, no cups, napkins, nothing. Fiest & LAST time!!!

Arrived on property check-in went smooth. I knew from the Nip’s of southern Comfort they had on the counter we were in for some interesting times. Getting to the room was confusing. The room smelled like a wet ashtray. The shower rod and curtain were broken and laying on the floor. The person before left a vile of pot on the window sill. There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. The coffee pot had bugs in it. We checked in two days before hurricane Milton hit. When we inquired about an extra night if we needed it, the prices tripled. Would have cost more for that one day than it did for my original 3 day booking. Margaritaville next door was actually reducing prices and waiving cancellation fees due to the hurricane for residents of Florida. We booked the additional night there. Less money and it was a big resort hotel vs. a motel. We paid for parking when we checked in. We found out the parking garage directly across the street was free due to the Hurricane. They would not refund the parking I haven’t used yet. There is a lot more I could’ve wrote in this review but I was running out of space. Oh, there was also a pair of underwear in the bushes out front.

The ad showed a pool, well looks like the have room scatter around the block so the pool was somewhat around another building not next to our out or close by. Breakfast was a block away. Parking was extra $20 I won’t stay ever again here. Also the address was wrong too

The reason why I choose this hotel it was because it’s close to the beach. The rooms need remodeling. The property was not well maintained. I told the Uber driver the address off of Expedia to drop me off and it was the wrong address.

Very misleading. Booked for a totally different price than when I checked in. They charge $100 security fee or something like that. Which I was told that when checking in. The parking is way across from where you check in at. Had to go too the front desk multiple times to ask where the parking was. Everything was out of place. NEVER AGAIN

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Supposedly we were staying in one of their better places but we got put into a motel instead of a hotel. We then went and complaint and got changed to another building which was no longer a motel but a hotel. The issue now was that the room had no water, at this point it is 1.30 am and we traveled all day and got changed into a 3rd room. It was a terrible experience, I was supposed to stay 2 nights, obviously we ran away first thing in the morning and didn’t care about the second night, they told us anyways they wouldn’t refund. At that point it became about leaving this terrible place and moving to a place that would help us forget this terrible stay. AVOID!

I accidentally stepped on a roach in the room. It faces the highway and is super noisy. There were obvious signs that the room was flooded at some point. The only good thing is the guy who fixed the TV - Nicolas from Argentina - nice guy.
