We had a lovely one night stay, the room was lovely and as described. It is very close to shops, restaurants and the promenade. We were a little confused finding the entrance, and putting in the coffee but that was more user error than the hotel. There is a communal coffee maker in the hallway that was a nice touch. But we did have a strong, not nice smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. We would definitely stay again.

Check in deficient…needed to call a spanish number to be able to checkin.. they failed to answer the phone for a while. Room very small with shower malfunctioning. Well located

Excellent property! Very up market and modern, plus it is right in the centre. There was an issue with my booking as it turned out that somehow the system booked a day prior. It didn't make sense as my booking was done on the day I was arriving. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach expedia to get help or an explanation. On arriving at the the property, the ladies kindly sorted things out as luckily they had a room they could put us up in, which was in the exclusive 3rd floor. I will definitely return.

Good area, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and near the sea. Everything is done online, but the staff are very responsive. Great for 1-2 night stay.

check in awful , no staff on site ,didn’t answer the three telephone numbers provided , let in after a delay by another guest , had to await an automated code , room door was open to other people on the floor , when we complained about being locked out and phone not anwered an employee messaged us to” get out” .. despite us having paid days prior !!

Clean room and good location to the beach. The only thing I wish I knew before booking was that fact they were renovating half the building. Got load really early, had dry wall dust fall in the windows. The building said no smoking but the workers were smoking so it had a smell of cigarette the majority of the time we were there.

Another perfect stay. Excellent location near the beach, rambla and bars. Good communication for door codes. Love the communal coffee machine.

It was a great budget-friendly place to stay in Alicante. Really conveniently located, comfortable bed and private bathroom with shower, large TV on the wall, safe, and air con (which we didn't need to use in Feb 2026). We arrived early and Simone was very helpful and kept our bags until we checked in. We bought milk for our tea, using the kettle and tea bags kindly left for guests outside the rooms. We'd definitely stay again if we came back to the area.

Great location. Easy check in using keypad and information provided via email. Room was great for my use, no issues.

The room was immaculate when we arrived and the housekeeping staff kept it all so clean during our stay. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Thank you for the fresh coffee that was always available as a "pick-me-up." Tremendous location and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect. Easy access to the room via key codes. Lovely room with tea and coffee making facilities just in the corridor. Mini fridge too. Lovely staff and we could leave our bags safely on the day of check out. Perfect location, literally moments from the beach, marina and lots of restaurants and tapas bars. Thoroughly recommend! 😄

Ventura Hostel Premium is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, very close to the port and main attractions. The hostel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The room was nice and well-maintained. Excellent service and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place!

Accommodation was in walking distance of most things,5/10 minutes from shopping restaurants,and beach. The room was large and the superior double bed was very comfortable. Entry to the Hostal is by door code,sent in a e mail Would recommend for its cleanliness,location and good value for your money A big thankyou to the staff,for amost enjoyable stay 10 out off 10 The rooms are very clean and tidy.
