I booked it for 380k VND/night through the app. The room with one large bed was generally good. The homestay is in a good location, very close to many delicious restaurants that are currently trending on TikTok, easily within walking distance. There are also many good restaurants with good reviews in the alley. Laundry, spa, hair washing, eyelash and nail services are all available. If you like massage and beauty services like me, you'll love it, no need to go far 🤣 The room quality is average, but for this price, I couldn't ask for more; it was very good for the price range. The reception staff were very nice and hospitable; they felt so gentle and lovely, typical of people from Hue 💕 I loved it 😘

This is my second time staying here, each time for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. I found the Superior room category quite good, as the lower-category rooms were a bit small. The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are right in the city center, convenient for getting anywhere. I think the price here is the best in this area. Next time I come to Hue, I will definitely stay at Banh Inn again.

The room had cockroaches. I requested a room change but was refused. The receptionist told me to give them a mosquito racket to kill the cockroaches myself, or to call them whenever I saw them. But if I called them, they would have already run away; they wouldn't have stayed put. The room smelled awful, the air conditioning and lights shone directly in my face. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The free drinking water came in glass bottles, not regular bottled water, so given the poor hygiene, I wouldn't dare drink it. The bedsheets were dirty. The floor and table were dusty. Everything else was acceptable because of the cheap price, except for the cockroaches. Don't choose to stay here.
