The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, the furnishings are luxurious, and the beds are soft and comfortable. This is my second time staying here, and it's a good choice when visiting Hanoi.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, it was good for the price. I will return here because the location is convenient to nearby tourist attractions, especially being close to the Temple of Literature, making it easy to take young children to visit.

The hotel is very close to the Temple of Literature, and it's quite close to the city center. We stayed in a Family room – this room is very suitable for families, with a washing machine, microwave, stovetop and kitchen utensils, etc. In general, it's very convenient and well-equipped. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, and we especially thank Nguyen, the receptionist, for her thoughtful and enthusiastic service.

The staff and service here were amazing. Very professional and attentive. It's very close to the Temple of Literature, and you can walk to the Old Quarter for sightseeing and shopping. For further locations, you can catch a taxi at the end of the alley, which is relatively easy. The rooms were clean and airy; I was lucky to get a room upgrade, which I really appreciated hehe 🥳🥰 I will definitely come back if I have the chance 🥰

On the day I checked in, I received a room upgrade, which was excellent – a suite. However, the location was a bit difficult to find, as it's in an alleyway inaccessible by car. Luckily, the staff helped me with my luggage at the entrance of the alley. The staff provided excellent service.
