조금 외진곳에 호텔이 위치하고 있어서 대중교통이 불편한점은 있지만 주변경관이 매우좋음

Safe&clean but down town seoul is far, If you don’t mind take a subway is ok.

All the staffs were very nice and friendly but fee things needed to be improved like the very heavy door phone on the table and not just near the bed refrigerator needs to be cold. For people with disabilities its a bit hard to get around the room because of carpet around the bed.

Overall great and friendly staff. Good food with several restaurants and coffee shops to choose from.

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!

Decent hotel at reasonable price however public transportation is limited and theres nothing around within walking distance. Greatest disappointment was lack of business center for the size of this hotel.

Great business hotel in Pangyo!

Very clean, comfortable and good facilities. Breakfast is buffet with choice of many international cuisine. Bars and food on site are expensive.

New hotel but isolate location.

We cannot elevator because of limited elevators. Additionally, the parking area is tiny.
