Never come to this hotel! It is a scam.

My first experience staying in a complicated apartment... it was difficult to get access to check in... and there was a deposit of 260rm, after the refund it turned out that the deposit was only returned 200rm with the excuse that 60rm was for cleaning etc... when checking out it was also difficult to contact... the apartment itself was okay... it's just that the management needs to be improved.

The service is really bad. Admin response is super slow, waiting for 5 hours from them to reply message. They not return my deposit money till now. Door is locked, I was waiting outside too long and they not respond fast. Make frustrating.

This is fictive hostel…. Never book this hostel again, your money also lost…we move to other hotel

Checkin time very long.. checkout not even 12 cleaners come and knock the door ask us to out for cleaning, access card not work … parking was different from what we supposed to park, need to park at different place, customer service slow and not friendly at all… too much rules.. never repeat to stay here again… even deposit was very late refunded

Didn't stay because check-in failed. Difficult to contact via what's app, took a long time to respond.

Not a recommendation, complicated, lots of drama. The process is long and complicated for foreigners.

Okay here we go…. If you planning to stay here, just forget it. The reason: 1. Complicated to check in. So many things need to fill up. Service and respond takes too long. 2. Has hidden fee for cleaning service rm50 to be pay during check in. But the toilet and shower looks like never clean at all. Yellow stain everywhere here and there and clog. & i showered with flood! I asked for refund of cleaning fee as they gave me dirty unit but no. They wont. 3. Refund of deposit rm100 took so long. Management said it takes up to 48 hours AFTER CHECK OUT but i received the payment after 10 days. 4. They made a group WhatsApp where there are 6 person including me which the others are their staff but non of them respond to my questions and they took hours to reply. (or maybe days?) 5. I cant use the TV as no instruction how to use it so we just watch netflix on our phone. There are games on it which i like to play but the late respond, you think i have time to waittt?? Thank you.

Never book 1 dream home group hotel accommodation anywhere. This group is a scam. I stayed overnight and was asked for a deposit of RM200 but after checking out the deposit money was not returned. The condition of the rooms is also very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. Many equipment was damaged. Does Traveloka never review cooperation? With this group. Many consumers have suffered losses

The housekeeper is quick response, the room is good just like in the description. It's not too far from Legoland, you can walk around 800m about 15 minutes. The bus to Singapore is very cheap, you just pay 4.5RM direct to Jurong East, Singapore. For the deposit, you don't need to wait too long to wait: the housekeeper will back your deposit by cash. We've a great time to stay here, thank you.

Unable to check in, lots of drama. Until booking again on d'spot and the previous booking could not be canceled.

No wa tidak ada, susah dihubungi, dan tidak ada bagian reception utk menerima tamu, sinyal jelek. Saya booking 2 malam, tapi tidak jadi pakai karena tidak bs dihubungi di jadwal check in, akhirnya saya cari hotel lain deket apartemen ini. Benci banget sm layanannya.

All good, just bathroom not so clean. There is a yellowish stain at the wall. Deposit refund until today (6/3) still can't get. Check out on 3/3/24. Should do your service better.

1) Hotel operator mentioned 3 pm check in on the website but when they contact me, check in is 5 pm. 2) Un-authorised charge of 50 RM cleaning fee. This fee is not indicated in, it was not informed at time of booking and was only told to me 1 day before check in. 3) They asked for a 200RM deposit and said will refund in 24 hours. Should I purposely delay my travel date just to wait for their 24 hours refund?

The support for customer is very good, they are helping from check in until check out, and faster respond when needed.
