The building is in a good location and in good condition. The problem is the unit itself is dirty. I can’t understand why they would not hire a crew to come in and scrub the bathrooms in particular, the floors are dirty, the tub is dirty, one of the sinks would not drain. It was pretty gross and if they’d just spend 30 minutes and use some cleanser and bleach the place would be fine. The living room is spacious and clean, the TV/Wi-Fi works well. The AC is particular but works. One unit in the living room did not work but if you crank both bedrooms and the other AC unit in the living rooms you get pretty good AC every where. But once you close your bedroom doors, the single working living room AC unit struggles a bit. But it’s not the worst. The refrigerator is good, the cooking equipment is beat up but functional. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s too dirty. There’s nothing more gross than the idea of human waste, mold, and god knows what else in a bathroom. But if they cleaned, it would be fine and I would consider it again. The owner did try to pitch me on a condo sale but she took my “no” easily enough.

The property is near the airport and a lot of dining choices, the unit we've been stayed 9HI the sink need to be fixed the internet connection is very terrible and on the day we've arrived the unit is not yet ready, even the last person stayed left a day before.

Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself.

I usually don't do any reviews, but I feel it's necessary for this property. For starters, the address wasn't accurate. We.were dropped off at the address provided by Expedia and the resort. The front desk asked for my booking information. I gave them my reservation number. That wasn't good enough, I gave my name and showed them my confirmation information. I had a screenshot of everything. They asked me to pull it up on my phone, that was an impossible task. There was no wifi in the lobby, only in the rooms. I had service, but with all the 18 story buildings around I didn't have service. After all of this, we had to walk to another building with all of our luggage. We finally arrive at the other building and after another 15-20 minutes, we finally get checked in. We get to our room, we dropped our luggage off and proceeded to check out the property. We ended up walking to a local area with several options for food. Food was great!! We came back to the room and settled in for.the night. We noticed there was a strange/nasty odor.in the room. We couldn't pinpoint where is was coming from. (I'll explain the odor shortly). Around 11:00 pm, we decided to take a shower before going to bed. It turns out there was no hot water. I contacted the resort, two maintenance men came up and couldn't work/fix the problem. I was told they didn't have permission from the owner to fix the problem. Basically we had to deal with it and take cold shower. They would.be back tomorrow, then left.
