So far everything is nice, only the food is not so much choice and the room I chose does not have a sofa to sit. This is the second time I'm staying here. Last time I'm staying, my room has a sofa to sit. But it's still nice. Next time I will come again.🥰🥰

The room is clean but may be should fix the bathroom floor clogged. The breakfast was delicious but lacks varities, overall OK.

A cool 5 star hotel. All the staff are very friendly, the rooms and facilities are modern. The location is very strategic. The food is also delicious and amazing. It is no wonder that it is the best hotel in Sarawak.

I don't know why, but the air conditioning in the elevator and the hallway to the room wasn't working. So, the atmosphere was a bit humid and hot.

The staff was friendly and I love rooftop bar vibes ❤.

Overall is good but the TV not work for the first time, after twice repairs can see the TV channel 😁.

It was an amazing experience. I noticed the room design is all curved and child-friendly, and they've also prioritized accessibility for anyone with disabilities.

Bilik 1102. Toilet shower air melimpah ke seluruh toilet. Rm7+ for this condition room memang teruk. Aku harap management baca ni dan buat sesuatu, nak refund memang tak dapat. Untuk 5star kualiti mcmni mmg tak berbaloi. Aku puji housekeeping, front desk memang kurang pengalaman. Aku ni kira regular customer, so agak detail dan picky sikit. Terima kasih.
