The hotel is old , dirty and the termites is eating all wood finishes. It was a bad experience when I see the hotel personally I would to cancel and they was going to charge me a fee cancelation. This site is not recommended

The hostel has a bed bug problem - which they are not dealing with properly. After a night in one room I was bitten all over my body - after complaining we changed rooms but suspected that the other room had the same problem. All their linen is speckled with small blood marks which is a clear sign of bed bugs. No compensation was offered by the staff, but we had to demand for it ourselves. But a free stay won't compensate the itching bite marks nor the trouble you have to go through cleaning, freezing and washing your luggage after the holiday. Until they have dealt with the problem, I would not recommend anybody staying at this hostel. The rooms seemed clean otherwise, but the bathrooms were filthy and the drains of the showers blocked in every bathroom. The description on their webpage is grossly inflated in many ways. The only positive thing was the free breakfast.

The shared bathrooms are in need of repair. The drains are blocked and the bathrooms flood quickly. Staff are friendly and helps. Very basic accommodation.

The shower place is not quite good

The hostel was easy to find and really close to a metro station. To walk to the center took us 30 minutes, as a slow walk. The entire facility was clean and the room was comfortable. As a small inconvenience, the wifi didn't work so good in our room and the printer also had some glitch. Overall was a great place to stay,I do recomend it.

A great place to stay.Very warm and hospitable

Friendly helpful staff, Marisa at the desk (others too), Goretti for breakfast and housekeeping was wonderful. the breakfast has sliced cheese, meat, assorted breads, jams, yogurt, cereals, fruits, juice and coffee and tea. we had a room with a balcony, very clean, a bit noisy, use ear plugs, bathrooms are clean and functional. Not much going on in the neighborhood in the evenings, close to the Marques de Pumbal Metro, which gets you everywhere. We were there for 3 nights, bought a Lisboa Card which includes metro, busses, teams and trains, as well as castles, museums, galleries and tons of other sights. We loved Lisbon, did lots but barely scratched the surface.

Nice location with friendly staff

An excellent hostel that exceeded my expectations. Both the managers were very friendly and talkative, especially during the evenings whilst they were working. They recommended some really good places to visit and helped in planning my next day's itinerary. The bathrooms are kept clean continuously 2-3 times each day,even when no-ones around so that was very nice of them to give this attention of detail. Along with the communal areas were kept in great condition! The Hostel has an amazing rooftop terrace view which is a must do, especially when the weather is sunny and warm!

服務人員態度很好，青年旅館還提供浴巾是很好的服務。唯一缺點是床沒有靠牆，很容易在翻身時往下掉。樓下就是公車站，出去轉個彎就是地鐵站，超方便

I det rum vi skulle sova i så fanns det redan en annan person. Det andra rummet hade smutsiga lakan så tillslut fick vi bo i en fyra bäddars säng bara vi två så det löste sig men kl 1 på morgonen vill en inte hålla på att flytta runt
