The staff was amazing, the food was fresh, the views were epic… a lil rough at the beginning since the instructions weren’t so clear on how to get into the property but aside from that, amazing experience. Will be back again.

Delicious free Guatemalan breakfast. Great Staff! that only gets beat by the AMAZING view. Since it is on the cliff, the only access is stairs.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are very spacious. Not to mention, the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The main problem I rain into was that there were scorpions both outside and inside my room. I was told they are part of nature and come with the seasons. While I understand that the proper

Such a beautiful bnb!!!! Most incredible views from the Armadillo room! Delicious included breakfast, made fresh from the sweetest chefs! Also a beautiful view from the restaurant. The staff was the best!! So, so nice and responsive with any questions. They also give you an info guide and were so helpful with booking transport, any activities, doing laundry, etc! It’s about a 12min tuktuk ride from town, they give you a number for a tuktuk driver that you can text when you need a ride- Lino is the best ever, you can also grab one from town, it’s like $3. Great spot if you want to be close but not eight in the busy town!

Couldn’t have had a better stay in Panajachel. This B&B was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me set up tours and transfers before I even arrived onsite. I stayed in the Quetzal Yurt. It was spacious and clean. This yurt has the best views by far. There are two large patios on two different levels. WiFi was fast. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and there were many choices in addition to the standard breakfast which is included. We had dinner at Al Jouri restaurant which is prepared by a different chef than the women who prepare breakfast. The dinner was amazing and very reasonably priced. I also had a 90 minute massage which was fantastic. There are two adorable cats on site. Samson and Delilah. Delilah is the friendlier of the two. She is just adorable. The B&B is a short tuk tuk from shopping, restaurants and many attractions. Very easy to take the boats to other areas. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room everyday. We had our laundry washed and it was clean and folded in the same day.

We stayed in armadillo room. Rooms are staggered on the hill , our room was the highest. View is fantastic. Room was nice. Great hot water, lighting, sockets ok, small heater which was definitely needed at night. Room cleaned everyday. Staff were nice, left you alone. Resident cat was friendly. The breakfast was traditional, with a bowl of fruit. It was fine but got a little boring. Other choices you had to pay for and were a little expensive for us. The breakfast got busy and there's only two staff on , I think sometimes they need another helping hand . I would recommend this place , there's a little noise from the road but it's not bad. Tuk tuk into town is 15 Q per person.

Beautiful authentically guatemalan property offering great views of the Volcanoes and Lake Atitlan. No direct access to the lake but quick drive or walk to the Pana docks where you can catch a ferry boat to the different villages. Very clean, attentive staff and amazing food!

The people were nice and very friendly, but the property is very old and not that clean. It really doesn't look like the pictures that show.

My stay at Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast at Lake Atitlán was truly unforgettable. I stayed in the Quetzal Room at the very top of the boutique hotel, and the view was simply spectacular — a panoramic look over the lake and all three volcanoes. Waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. From the moment I walked through the gates and was welcomed by Astrid, I knew I was somewhere special. The entire team goes above and beyond. A huge thank you to Sebastian, Fernando, Alejandra, Manu, and Adrina for making everything absolutely perfect during my stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and I enjoyed three delicious dinners there as well. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and taken care of. I also had a 90 minute massage! I will always cherish my three nights here and only wish I could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Jenna's was amazing! The staff were so attentive and went beyond my expectations. Our room was beautiful and we had our own porch with the most amazing view of Lake Atitlán and 3 of the volcanoes

We had a very relaxing stay at Jenna’s. The lake views were immaculate, rooms were comfortable & very clean, and the staff were so friendly. They were responsive and extremely helpful with booking excursions and shuttle buses for us. Location is a tiny bit out of town but we preferred this to better enjoy the tranquility of the lake.

Nice B&B with incredible views of the lake. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great as well, and the Syrian-inspired dinner is a must-try! The only downside is that it's about 1.5 miles from the center of Panajachel, but the views definitely make up for that. Would definitely come back!

Room was perfect. We had our own balcony and view of the lake. That staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a place for us to park our car. And the food outstanding. We got to see beautiful sunsets from the bar area. Clean. Beautiful and very authentic.
