Gorgeous stay, fabulous food, lovely pool and view.

Views were unparalleled and staff was friendly and went above and beyond!

Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place enough… Its a beautiful little spot 10 minutes from downtown Panajachel by tuktuk (which are very easy to book with Jenna’s B&B). Being that its not downtown its nice and quiet, you get to take in and truly enjoy the view of Lake Atitlan all while being close enough for daily activities. The Syrian food at the restaurant was astounding, it was the best meal we had on our entire trip. Rooms are clean and cozy, staff was wonderful, need I say more… Note: you will have an amazing view of the lake but there is no access to the lake from the B&B.

Quaint spot

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The bar area and restaurant were beautiful with outstanding views. We were in the lion yurt which was tired and needs a lot of updating - only for someone who likes very, very rustic and not big fear of big spiders. dogs, howling, and barking all night every night. After all, it is the jungle and most won’t bother you, but need to expect it.. loved the bathtub with a gorgeous view though.

Al igual su contacto para el tuk tuk don lino fue muy lindo con nosotros, definitivamente hicieron nuestro viaje inolvidable ❤️

Jenna's Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located for ones that look for tradition and a very peaceful, tranquil stay, but at the same time, is still close to the activities and nightlife. The restaurant staff did an excellent job with the food and everyone was very friendly. The only thing we would have like to be different is the photo that is over the bath. Something a little more relaxing to look at while in the bath, such as something of the nature of Guatemala or Maya culture would have been more enjoyable. Other than the awkward painting we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future stay.

From the moment we arrived, The staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their genuine kindness and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and they were always happy to share helpful local recommendations (Lino the tuctuc driver) The property was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. Waking up each morning to such a stunning setting was unforgettable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, homemade, and prepared with care. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and authentic place to stay at Lake Atitlán, Jenna’s Bed & Breakfast is an outstanding choice. We left feeling like guests who had become friends, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

It was clean and so cute. Keep in mind, it’s a yurt, not a sandals resort. There is no elevator; you’ll be climbing up and down dozens of stairs. It kind of felt like glamping with concierge. This was a positive for me, but it’s good to be realistic about what kind of experience you’ll have. There are bugs, you will probably find them in the bathroom. Not from a lack of hygiene, you’re staying in the middle of the forest. I used shower shoes. The staff is amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day, the bartenders are awesome, and the included chapin breakfast is really good. They have a pool, and there is an incredible view of the lake from your patio. You can also WhatsApp the staff at any time and they will assist you (extra attention to your room, restaurant resy, shuttle set-up, etc). I enjoyed my stay, I would stay here again.

This place is located in one of the best mountain areas, and having such beautiful views made my wife and me very happy with everything we saw. Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast was spectacular, and the staff were incredibly special and welcoming. They are truly amazing. I recommend this hotel 100%. And the breakfast super good.
