Great place

The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The amenities were great. Beautiful spa, close to the ski mountains and walkable downtown. The only complaint was poor WiFi connections.

Pleasant and inviting hotel, beautiful design, friendly staff and good breakfast

Rooms were great. Ski bus literally drops off across the street. Restaurant was very good. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic! Incredibly nice spacious room, fantastic staff, amazing views from our room, perfect location, awesome bar with amazing bartenders. We greatly appreciated them! Had an amazing time. Perfect.

Great hotel very helpful

Everything was good and especially the,staff are very kind. However the equipment condition of bathroom is disappointed and some kind of renovation seems to be required.

The Hotel Alexander is a charming hotel in the middle of Kirchberg In Tirol, itself a charming Tyrolian town. Kirchberg is just a few kilometres from Kitzbuhel and we used the ski bus to take the 20 minute route. The front desk at the Alexander, particularly Marco, went above and beyond during our stay. They were informative, helpful and Marco even repaired my wife´s shoe!! The reception is inviting and we also enjoyed both the dining area/bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and we had a wonderful fondue one night. Our rooms (we had two separate stays) were both comfortable and quaint, with all the mod coms needed. One of our rooms had a very scenic view of both town, church, and mountains! The beds were also very comfortable. The ski bus stops just across the street and the train station is an easy walk of less than ten minutes. Thank you Hotel Alexander. We would return.

The room is tastefully decorated, there's lots of wardrobe space, view of the mountains from the balcony is great, and they have a fantastic restaurant. Service is impeccable and staff are very friendly. Bathroom needs a little work in the shower area. Overall great value for money and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location - ski bus leaves from practically outside the hotel.

3 days stay, offered very nice room on arrival. Good breakfast, helpful staff. You'll see that Kirchberg is right between the SkiWelt and Kitzbühel ski areas. The AllStar card allows you to roam between the two if you're there for a while, but each is individually extensive.

Great hotel despite two things: lack of parking (just 4 cars could park in front) and idiotic (but fancy) showers. The shower basin is too shallow -we had to be very cautious to avoid overflow.

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas ausgebaut werden. (Mehr Obst, Wurst usw.) Aber im ganzen war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Dieser Urlaub war wieder wunderbar...das Hotel klasse, Frühstück hervorragend.

Wir waren am Ende der Sommersaison in Kirchberg. Unter diesem Aspekt kann man das Frühstück als ausreichend bezeichnen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist wie im Westen Österreich üblich mit viel Holz. Das Zimmer war sauber, ein Mangel in der Dusche ( an der Duschtür war die Wasserlippe gerissen und dadurch ständig eine Wasserlacke nach dem Duschen) trübte dass ansonsten gute Bild.
