Every thin was great just a bit noisy

The room was clean and quiet. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Basic room in an old building but perfectly safe and comfortable Being in town was really good as we could walk to any restaurant, movies and cafe The room was overpowered by air freshener when we arrived so we ran the air con for a bit which sorted that Pillows were great for side sleeping and the bed was comfortable We had a good night sleep Quite happy with this place, will probably stay again. I travel for work and finding a place where I’m comfortable is important.

The place was great and really handy to walk to places. I would stay there again.

Won’t stay again. Shower not working properly, heater turned itself up but didn’t get warmer. Water was awful, beds were so hard. No mariner view just a car park & not overly busy so could have given us a view. It wasn’t very cheap either.

Enjoyed a lovely stay in Batemans Bay at this well situated accommodation . Shops, restaurants, cinemas and river walk were a stones throw away . A great place to stay when you want to park the car and just leave it. Easy parking, great spa bath, lovely tranquil views, comfy bed. We have stayed twice now and will stay again

It's a great location. a short walk to everything along the water. But the room is quite small, property quite dated, not well maintained. The staff was only lukewarm with our inquiries and questions.. Bathroom newly renovated though, very nice showerhead.

We stayed 5 nights. Great window view from our Deluxe "sea view" room. The bathroom had the shower over the bath, which is not ideal for use and no non-slip mat was provided. Bathroom decor had been "handyman updated" some time ago and was a bit tired. There was no exhaust fan. Although this property is a "Hotel", the bar and bistro have been closed for about a year. The property is very centrally located, with a large licensed Club and shops within a 2 block radius. The room had no cutlery, crockery or microwave so we had to "go out" for all meals. Our room was clean and very habitable.

Plenty of parking at the Hotel, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The complimentary water and soft drink was a nice touch.

Comfortable beds, hot shower. Close to shops so was easy to organise dinner after a late arrival. Would stay again.

The spot is ideal close to everything Awsome spot out the back for drinks and lovely water views clean place rooms have foxtel all you really need when staying away , I’ll be back most definitely

Under cover parking was great. Room was a bit dated & the whole place needs a good reno. The Restaurant & bar weren't operating although advertised on website, a bit disapointed

Property was clean beds were firm & great. We were on the 3rd floor with quite a number of stairs to negotiate and a lot of luggage. Not good for the elderly or a big family. Front desk helpful. Other than the accomodation noting else was open on a Friday night it is noted as a hotel & motel.

Shower leaked towels where dirty asked for a tax invoice to be sent to an email address went to a different one!

Great views of the Bay from our room. Multiple stairs 3 levels, no lifts, second rate compared to many others we have stayed. Husband had surgery at hospital so mobility was an issue.

Didnt use the pool as there is nowhere to sit under shade, just chairs in the open...no sun lounges or umbrellas. Parking was easy and safe.

Parking is very tight for large vehicles, staff are polite but there rooms are average for price range.

Dodgy hotel and even dodgier clientele. It’s worth paying a bit extra and staying in a more legitimate hotel.
