The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. I had a very sick friend staying with me and the staff took very good care of her needs. The breakfast was great too and the woman who managed the breakfast was very helpful. One concern we had was the lack of a wheelchair ramp. It would be very helpful.

Liked everything about the hotel, except only 2 parking spots. It is a bit misleading to suggest self-parking on site without advising only 2 spots.

Very quiet area. We arrived very late but were quickly given our room key. The room was spacious, and we even had a balcony — lovely! Parking can be challenging during the day, but since we arrived at night, it was easy to find a spot.

Great breakfast services

This hotel is ideal for a short stay in Ploiesti. We stayed here for just one night as it was close to the airport. We had a fantastic good value meal at the Hangan Food INV restaurant.

Best part is the breakfast in the am. It’s what made the stay more memorable

Great place, and very nice breakfast!

It was OK for one night. No parking at hotel but found parking on the street. Some steep steps to get luggage to lobby.

The first problem is that the hotel is listed as having free parking, but the hotel has a grand total of 2 parking spots. It's ridiculous to claim there is parking in such a case. Next, my room absolutely reeked of smoke. While the bathrooms are modern and seem recently remodelled, the bedroom area is very, very dated, with old furniture and a hard mattress. On the plus side, there was a large balcony and I thought the included breakfast was very good quality and had a wide variety of items.

Nice hotel for a really good price. It only has 2 parking spaces available, so if you're coming by car call ahead to make sure you will be able to park

Excellent hotel, convenient, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast, consistent and different every day. The stuff was going above and beyond their duties in trying to accommodate everyone’s needs , especially the chef. Very pleasant surprise. For sure we will be back, Thank you everyone !

More than perfect

Very nice hotel, extremely clean, wonderful staff.

Hotel Acapulco is definitely the nicest hotel in Ploiesti. Everything inside is new and modern. The lobby is comfortable and inviting. The restaurant downstairs is nice. It's also in the perfect location. It's just off the main boulevard, so it's not noisy as is the case with several of the other major hotels.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Ploiesti. The rooms are very nice, clean, and up-to-date which is something I haven't found with the other four star hotels in this city. I'm very happy to say that the bed was very comfortable--a big plus in my opinion. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is great, too.
