I was visiting family who live on the same street so the location was perfect. I appreciated Gail emailing me in the morning because I did arrive later than expected so it gave me peace of mind to easily communicate. Apartment was spacies with wonderful amenities, books, board games, flowers, the works. I was alone and staying a few nights but it's also a wonderful place to stay for longer with multiple people.

A great stay, room was clean and bigger than expected and the reception / staff had great communication with us throughout!

Friendly staff. Place was nice and clean and spacious. Unit was well supplied with everything you need. The only down point is the pillows are as hard as rocks. New pillows would make a better sleep. Lots of traffic around so a little noisy with the doors and windows open and sometimes tricky pulling out of the driveway with parked cars blocking your view.

It was a very warm friendly and comfortable atmosphere . My kids and I had a really lovely day there . Gail was very helpful and informative. We will go back there again in the near future

Very clean, plenty of space, kitchen has everything you need. Great to be able to do some laundry and they provided washing powder and a clothes horse for drying on the balcony. The only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke from the permanent resident in the unit below ours - it permeated the stair well and we could smell it from out on our balcony. Not ideal for non smokers and when you’ve got kids. Besides being a bit dated, it was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed for a family. Close to beach, playground and coffee. Secure underground parking was a great bonus too.

The hosts were brilliant went out of their way to make my stay a very happy occasion

The only issue was a lack of air conditioning, which given the area could be seasonally uncomfortable on high temperature. The location, comfort, and cleanliness was world class. I'd say it was a hidden treasure.
