The information for this property is misleading, the info says it is located in the center, and the hotel is a fake replica of the buildings in the historic district of São Joao del Reí, so that it appears as if the property is located right on the historic district which it is not, it is located by a high speed road and a 20min walk from the town center. We had cars cruising by at high speed and loud noises all night. Breakfast buffet was good, probably the only good thing about the property.

The hotel appears to be made of different buildings. Because of this, it makes the hotel wonderful to explore. The breakfast is also very nice, with a wide variety offered. Two of us were there for nine days. The room we were in was very nice but a little sparse as it didn't have a place to unpack your clothes. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was lovely and used Google Translate to communicate with English-only guests like me. The breakfast was yummy; delicious coffee! That said, I cannot recommend this hotel. My room was drab and cold; I hated the time I spent in it. Uncomfortable bed. Thin towel and only one. Cold water from the one working facet. No charm at all. Note: food service at all from 10 am to 10 pm.

O atendimento, a atenciosidade dos funcionarios, a limpeza, opções de comida, tudo ótimo. Mas, os quartos precisam de manutençao, muito mofo nos quartos e a internet cai o tempo todo.

Hotel maravilhosa, super confortável, atendimento excelente, estacionamento amplo, 10 minutos a pé do centro histórico, vale muito a pena, café da manhã muito bom, recomendo a todos!

Lugar bom porem me senti inseguro visto que não há porta para se chegar ate os quartos e qualquer da rua poderia chegar à porta do seu apto sem ser parado.
