Very friendly amazing staff, place was clean and very close to everything. Good price for being close to downtown. Would recommend for those staying on a budget

Pros: Staff were attentive and kind, the motel was clean, has a decent laundry facility and daily housekeeping. the cntral location in downtown was also nicr. Cons: The motel itself is in poor condition and not sound insulated between rooms. We were kept awake most nights by other residents just going about their business - we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms. One night featured a prolonged drunken scream fest that went on for hours. Our room also had a very loud, prolonged water hammer noise every time someone in the building used a faucet. Had there been another hotel available, we’d have been in it.

Great location, across from a pawn shop and cool old book store. Not far from mahy restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Room was dated but ok. Walls were very thin- between room and to the outside. Heat worked well and there was AC but it was -30 so really it shouldnt have bene in the room, ha! Rooms were "bachelor" clean, my wife wouldnt have stood for it. Dealt with 2 staff and both were kind. Price was great.

Very good value Motel in Whitehorse. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable including the bed. This is my second visit and I will be back. Staff are outstanding always asking if I need anything. Yes I will be back My thanks Stratford Motel..

Very easy access and enough parking

Parking was convenient and it was easy accessible hotel

I knew it would be old and that’s fine, but there is no fan in bathroom so it’s smells of mildew. There was a vent above toilet that dripped dirty water. Comforters were stained and had clumps of hair stuck to them. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything from neighbour’s room.
