Close to homeless shelter. You know what that means.

In Whitehorse for a few days on the way to Dawson City (Northern BC/Yukon trip w kids from southern interior of BC), just wanted an inexpensive room to sleep at in between locations and a hiking trip out to Kluane. It’s not the nicest room in the world but it was relatively clean, staff was nice/helpful, laundry facilities were modern and $2.50/wash, $2.50/dry (although the first few steps into the basement look a bit like a dungeon) and AC worked well (the small units with hoses punched out thru the wall - cooled it down well even with it being 26-27 outside). Good sized mini-fridge and microwave. Would stay again if we ever make it back to Whitehorse!

Good location in town- laundry facilities- comfortable beds

There were not to many amenities, however the check in was smooth.

Wifi went down during my stay and I got the impression that I was bothering the staff asking them to set it back up--ultimately they did help me though and I was grateful! The room had a smell, the decor was dated--it's about what you would expect from a cost-friend motel!

The room was dated but adequate for a one night stay. The air conditioner was noisy, and there was nowhere to put toiletry items in the bathroom.

We had 3 people in our room and only 2 bath towels. I went and asked for another and was told it would be brought to our room. It never came. I went back to the desk but it was closed. The room was decent for the price but will think twice before staying there again.

I'm thinking the folks that are working do the best with what they have. This is an old property that really needs to go the way of the DoDo. Expedia needs to exit this property.

There wasn’t any shower curtain in the tub in the bathroom. That’s my only complaint. Good location, friendly staff and clean facilities at a reasonable price.
