Clean, quiet, excellent location, friendly front desk staff, bed ans pillows very comfortable.

I had a good stay. Clean and comfortable room in a good location in the center of town. I’d stay here again.

Only thing I could say is maybe to have the rooms cleaned a bit more. Was marks on the walls and blankets had some small stains.

It had a clean room, a toilet and a functional shower. Other than that, a basic, relatively poorly appointed room. The WiFi is a pain. They give you a pass code…per device, that says it’s good for 7 days, each of mine expired after 2 days….and you had to re-sign in with one every day. Not sure why they are so antiquated with a basic procedure??

Ignore the bad comments. My room was clean, bed clean. I was surprised at how nice this hotel is May be my new go to spot in horse

Not the place ya looking far plenty other places to stay. First they have no parking told us to park our motorcycles across the street. In front of the hotel is paid & limited parking of 2 hrs. They advertise a bar but they told us the bar closed 2 years ago. There is no coffee in the lobby for guests

Close to everything! Restaurants on 1st floor, easy check in and out.

There is parking to the side or back of the building. In front is only street parking and it’s a busy area. It wasn’t a real problem though and everything else was awesome.

A basic hotel. A little rundown. But if you are a tourist spending most of the time outside, it doesn’t matter. Most of Whitehorse is walkable. No breakfast or airport shuttle.

Was a nice place. Just needed a place to lay our heads down for the night. Would stay again.

location is right downtown, walking distance to everything...safe..2 restaurants right downstairs...

It was a very nice hotel. It is a chinese restaurant inside the hotel but is not very good and the waitress not very friendly. The people @ the lobby were very nice. The room was very clean nice and big. I was @ the 2nd floor and I could see my motorcycle parked fron the window. I had a good night. Also I went for dinner to a very good bar walking distance from the hotel. Good food and beers

A had a room on the 2nd floor, and it was some noise from people walking on the floor above. My room had carpets, so it's possible that the 3rd floor is not part of the hotel. Restaurants/lounge on site was actually an Italian and a Chinese restaurant.

Condition if my rooms bathroom was older and in serious need if an update. The mattress was old and worn out and too soft to comfortably sleep on.

Lack of cleanness and staff was not very cooperative.

It was fine for a night. No issues.
