We had a terrible stay. The room would be classed as slum accomodation.

Really overpriced for the room and it's ambience

The motel is older but you can tell they keep it clean and tidy, the rooms are dated but they are cozy and clean,

Hotel is old and in need of updating.

Check in at the gas station/front desk/restaurant/convenience store. Though the room was clean, the air freshener was extremely potent. The tried folding the towels nicely in the bathroom, sadly those towels have seen better days. The bed’s, double, mattress was thin more like a sofa bed. Pillows were lumpy. They did leave slippers, mini toothbrushes and a bottle of water. This poor place has seen better days 30!years ago.

we asked for our. money back because we booked for 2 adults and when we got to the room it just had a double bed! the picture on expedia showed two beds. Bottom line, false advertising or they gave us a room for. a single person because they did not. reserve a proper room for us. in future we want the actual room number reserved for us so we can call motel and confirm room number and identify fraud if that is going on

It was a place to sleep, not much for TV to relax as I fell asleep. Shower took forever to figure out as part of the mechanism was broken, very little hot water. The room was clean but the air circulation was very loud. Restaurant was excellent close by.

Located about 4kms outside Kenora.. Parking is a nightmare for motorcycles...very acute angle Check in desk is in the gas station and closes at 10pm so don't arrive late Restaurant attached is decent for breakfast Room is ok bathroom is tiny Mattress not good

The staff is over-the-top pleasant, and the room had little nicities I didn't expect, like disposable slippers and bottled water. The room was snug but very comfortable and clean. The hotel office is in the gas station/convenience store building, which also houses a restaurant with very good, reasonably priced food.

The worst parking lot I have ever been in. I will not be returning due to it. Everything else was quite satisfactory.

We did not enjoy our stay here at all. Shower stall was only 20 inches by 20 inches. Garbage can in room was a reused yellow bucket with small black garbage bag in it. Gap between door frame and door was too big. Too much much light coming through and did not feel like it was securely closed. Someone was trying to hide in a cubby hole in the hallway so we went to motel desk. Could actually see the man right at our door. Did not feel safe at all

Having a fan in the room or air conditioning in the rooms would make it nice for the very hot summer days - other than that it was a good stay! Recommend for a well.maintained comfy stay on your journey

Bed was very uncomfortable. More like a cot than a bed. Toilet was right up against the wall making it very hard to use

Ants , table light isn’t working, bathroom toilet paper stands are missing.

No AC but comfortable place!

Could have used better bedding and towels. Need to upgrade the TV services.

The door did not have a locking doorknob and there was only a very weak deadbolt. The exterior hallway door was broken and didn't close properly. The video surveillance did not work on that hallway. I did not feel safe at all. The chair in the room was too short to wedge under the doorknob. The bed however was comfortable if you were able to sleep

System was having trouble to see check-ins. Told us we did not have a booking. Showed them our booking. They were able to finally find it. Printer not working to give us receipt. Everything else was fine with the room.
