The staff speak German to you, even though French and Luxembourgish are the national languages. The receptionist did switch to English, although others did not switch to an international language. The refrigerator did not work. The staff did place my perishables in their kitchen cool room at my request.

The room was clean but a bit tired and unfortunately there was little room to hang your clothes; just one pole that stuck out from the wall. The room service menu is great value though and the food is nicely prepared. The staff are friendly but limited in number so if you want an iron and ironing board you have to get it from reception yourself. For me the Best Western is much better value for money as they throw in a free breakfast as well!

Room was large, clean and well appointed. Convenient location. I didn't try the breakfast as it was highly priced so I don't know if it was worth the asking price.

The rooms were clean and came with a complimentary soda, water and little candies. The air conditioning worked great.

Helpful staff, very clean and well located

This is a lovely modern hotel. Comfortable spacious modern rooms, very clean bathroom. We ate in the pub, which was good and inexpensive. This hotel is a vintage out of the way, but just off the highway, so a good alternative if you're touring the Mosel wine area or even visiting Trier.

Good location for overnight stop. Very comfortable room and good food? Quiet location close to motorway links but nothing else near the hotel.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and had all basic stuff - but not extravagant - no luxuries. Breakfast was good - but not extravagant

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel is located between Luxemburg City and Trier, and it is a short drive from either. A great staging place for exploring the region, but it may be a little isolated if you don't have a car.

Brilliant hotel form start to finish. We stayed for one night in June 2015 wished we could have stayed longer....All the staff from top to bottom go the extra mile. Rooms are quite spacious and well designed, with good air conditioning and great showers. Beds really comfortable.... Pillows interesting!! We ate in the hotel restaurant, wow what a culinary delight both in flavour and visually.... Very clever chef it's a must do if you stay here. Really enjoyed this hotel.

This was a trip just for the weekend but wish we could have stayed longer! Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff who were happy to speak French, German and English. Although out of town it was close enough to the main road into Luxembourg and Germany so easy access with our hire car. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, free soft drink mini bar and good restaurant all sited 20 mins from Trier or Luxembourgh city. Close to M way junction but M way not heard. Good nights sleep. Staff spoke good English too.
