Very friendly and efficient desk staff later afternoon & morning. Room was large, clean and everything worked. Modern bathroom with excellent shower/bath setup. Great view down to the river from the back window. It is a basic motel with spartan dated decor and furniture but that is what is expected at this price point. I would stay here again.

Le stationnement est grand, tout est très paisible. La dame qui m'a accueillie s'est montrée très accueillante.

Ample space, clean, good water pressure, effective heating. A few more plugs for charging devices would have been good and another towel rack. Appreciated the fridge/freezer and microwave and coffee maker.

No English speaking staff. When we booked online through Expedia, we thought it was pet friendly only to get a resounding NO DOGS! This and contact Expedia for a refund was the only english spoken. They did give us directions to a pet friendly hotel where we went to and booked.The customer service here is top notch!

Surprisingly big room with a balcony with a nice view to the St Lawrence. Walking distance to the waterside and restaurants, really nice!

We arrived and the place was closed. Said it was open from 8:00am-8:00pm. Nobody. Did not answer phone. What hotel does not have the reception area open. Waited 2 hours and came back and it was open.
