I wish I could give it a higher rating but a couple of things would prevent me from staying here again. One, the size of the bathroom- specifically the sink. Minuscule does not describe it. It was maybe 7 or 8 inches on the short side. Impossible to wash your face and the fact that they placed a self right above it meant spitting toothpaste on yourself daily. It was truly ridiculous. Two, the walls are paper thin. I get it, this is a romantic destination but hearing your neighbors going at it at all times of day was not so classy - felt more like a no-tell-motel. Three, although daily breakfast is nice, a little variety would have been nice. Literally the same exact breakfast 3 days in a row. Four, staff didn’t make up the room 2 out of 3 days. The location is good but I will stay elsewhere next time I visit.

I can't say enough good things about this lovely hotel in Montreal. I was by myself so reserved what they called a small room - it was wonderful and I wouldn't describe it as small. The room was set up so there was plenty of room and very convenient. The bed couldn't have been more comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotel continental ones. They have a full menu of coffee drinks and they are free to guests 24 hours a day, as are croissants and fruit. The location in Old Montreal made it so easy to get around, full of great restaurants and boutiques. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a great location if you want to explore Quebec city without driving. There is very convenient parking in a secured lot just a block away. The rooms are very modern and even if you don’t ask for housekeeping, unlike most of my recent experiences elsewhere, they clean your room anyway! The front steps do not provide the best first impression. They are steep from the street and not at all of the quality you see once you’re inside so don’t be deterred. There is a luggage elevator, but if you cannot do steps, you should look elsewhere. The place is totally worth it. The staff is incredible and helps with luggage so they don’t disturb other guests with the sound of the luggage elevator. The breakfast is delicious. They serve lovely yogurt with granola and fresh fruit plus the most enormous flaky croissants ever. This is a gem.

Very small boutique hotel. Rooms are small particularly bathrooms, but very well appointed with first class amenities. Service was excellent. Excellent continental breakfast. Easy, free parking within a block. Perfectly located to walk the old city, citadel, etc. Will return again.

Hotel was very well located in the centre of the historic area. Staff were friendly and welcoming although not on site 24/7. They finish duty 18.00hrs so if you are arriving later than 18.00hrs, you need to prearrange with the hotel. Upon opening the door to the hotel you are greeted by a short flight of very steep stairs but once inside there is a small lift for your suitcases to be taken to upper floors. My understanding is that there is no lift for people. Our room was on the ground floor so we did not have to climb any more stairs other than the initial flight. Our room was very comfortable but the bathroom was very small. The large shower took up most of the bathroom and consequently there was only room for a tiny sink in addition to the toilet. Breakfast was delicious- choice of orange or grapefruit juice, hot drinks including tea / coffee, warm fresh croissant, bowl of yogurt with fresh fruit granola and maple syrup.

Hotel right at the top of Cap Diamanté. Very central to places of interest and sightseeing. The stairs to the entrance of the property are very steep but once inside the hotel there is a lift for the suitcases. However I don’t think there is a lift for people- you have to use the stairs. Our room was on the ground floor so we only had to climb the stairs initially into the property. The breakfast is delicious- yogurt, fresh fruit and a croissant. Option of different coffees / tea and fruit juice. Staff very helpful although not in the property overnight. You are given a number to ring in case of emergencies. If arriving after a certain time in the evening (18.00hrs), you need to prearrange with the hotel so they can arrange for someone to be there to let you in.

Room was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and their parking option is perfect considering parking is not so nice in Old Quebec. Location is right in the heart on it and we love everything about this Hotel. Thank you for everything ❤️

Hébergement d’exception dans le Vieux Québec (Intime et chaleureux), les employés sont sympathiques, avenants et très professionnel. C’est rafraîchissant d’avoir un hôtel de ce type dans la région. Avec seulement 9 chambres cet espace créé une ambiance unique. Le petit déjeuner inclus (yogourt granola, pâtisserie et fruits) permet de bien débuter la journée.

Great place to stay and explore Old Quebec in walking distance. The property is clean and a perfect balance of modern amenities with traditional charm. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning and the staff were very kind and willing to help. We would recommend as well as stay here again!
