It was kinda rustic everything worked staff was nice I pretty much got what I paid for it was clean.

An affordable motel, one of five or six similar ones along the beachfront. Adequate cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, etc. but a small table and chair would have been welcome. Very clean, fine bedroom, ok parking.

I liked the bed, location, parking. BUT there was no light housekeeping - the bed was never made up, nor towels replaced. There is no cable tv, not even bottled water. The telephone was so dirty, you didn't want to put it close to the mouth. I had to call the office as the hairdryer quit. I don't know when they came to leave a portable one, as I had to leave for a tournament with wet hair. They saw the used towels on the floor and unmade bed, but it was left for all the (3) days I was there. And no discount, same price as if I booked 3 separate days. They would have to strip the bed etc.....

Location is amazing. Steps from the beach, my 10 year old daughter said it was the best place ever. She loved the pool, our room and that it was across the street from a great beach and very short walk to get ice cream :) 🍦🍨 The AC worked great, beds were clean, kitchen had a big fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes.

Everything was as expected, no surprises.

The bathroom in room 36 smells like 2nd hand smoke. The room is definitely not the cleanest. However, the bed was comfortable and even though the pillows were lumpy - somehow they were ok. Can't beat location to the lake. If it weren't for the bathroom smoke smell it would've been decent enough.

Clean, close to everything, very friendly staff

It's an older motel but clean. Friendly staff. Nice quality towels. Comfortable bed. We had no complaints.

Clean room

Staff at Shoreline are fantastic, easy to chat with, smiling and very enthusiastic! We will come again for sure! Parking, ample parking. Funny, we did talk about it in our group of Freinds how clean the place was and the parking lot too! Kitchen, everything we needed, but we were out most of the time. Pool was heated. Clean. People were using it the whole time we were there. Rooms, very clean. The hotel is older, but for an older hotel, it’s a true gem! Loved it! We were with a group of three couples in different rooms. All the rooms were different! We all were very happy and had an awesome time! Till next time!

PROS: Nice location, and friendly, helpful staff. Location is right across from the lake. CONS: extremely outdated (which I could see from photos), no screens on the windows, stain on the bedsheet, carpets need a deep clean, had to slam bathroom door to get it to close. Saw ants on the floor when we were leaving.

We a great relaxing stay

Everything was great. Its an older motel so outdated rooms, ours was a bit newer. But overall great. When theres a deal id definitely jump on it. You're right across the street from the beach, which is nice! And a few resteraunts near by.

Great spot.

The property is older so didn't expect perfection but overall it was a good value for a waterfront motel in Penticton on the May long weekend. Management gave us an upgrade to a king room with a kitchenette from our basic booking which was very appreciated, we stayed an extra night and they charged the same rate. The room was clean, quiet, well equipped (kitchen) and clean. I would stay again for sure and recommend it. The pool is small but comfortably heated and nice to have for dip when it get hot out. The location is fantastic, beach and bike path right out front, lots of sunny patio bars and restaurants and walking distance to downtown.
