This is a warm and welcoming family. The hosts are very kind, and the elderly gentleman’s eyes and words are full of wisdom. It was a delightful conversation with them, and the breakfast was delicious—the best French toast I’ve ever had. The house has a long history, but it is clean and well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and I had a restful night’s sleep. It was a wonderful experience.

Les hôtes Hélène et Roger m'ont accueilli chaleureusement malgré mon arrivée tardive. Ils se sont assurés que j'ai tout ce que j'avais besoin. Dommage que je n'ai pas pu goûter au petit déjeuner offerte, qui est sûrement alléchant et fait avec les produits locaux. C'est un petit bijoux bien caché dans la ville de saint Cyprien; apaisant et paisible. Je recommande fortement le jardin des Mésanges pour votre visite aux alentours!

Roger and Helene are extraordinary hosts and provide unique accommodation on their farm outside of Quebec City on the US border. Would love to return and cross back to US in reverse next time from their place. They can provide supplies of their maple syrup - highly recommended.
