The rooms and motel itself were exceptionally clean. The receptionist was beyond kind and courteous. However- after a day of hiking the thing we looked forward to was showering and heading to bed. Unfortunately the shower not only did not dispense any pressure, there was ZERO heat

Staff was very helpful and accommodating I had to check-in after hours and they facilitated that, they helped me swiftly resolved a mistake i made with my booking

We've stayed at this motel ever since it opened years ago because of the clean and comfortable rooms, beds and washrooms and plentiful free parking. The staff is super friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent wifi, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. Easily walkable to all amenities in town as well as the cruises. Air conditioner/heater works well. Bears are encountered occasionally nearby and red headed woodpeckers have been spotted in the trees outside the buildings. We've considered staying in other accommodations but when we book, it's always back here.

Très propre. Personnel serviable. Il y a présentement deux bornes de recharge pour VE mais aucune indication de ne pas stationner aux 2 emplacements qui sont près de la réception. Résultat: 2 vehicules à essence occupaient les emplacements pendant notre séjour.

Very well located and the room with all that we needed.

Room was clean and well presented. Quiet area though this was due to out of high season. Reception staff very polite and helpful.

Clean big room

Enjoyed our stay, but went to the Princess Hotel for dinner, on the recommendation of the receptionist. Only there one night waiting for the ferry. Would have been nice to see more side tables and reading lamps beside the two queen beds. Only one table shared between both beds.

Lovely property in a lovely setting. Close to all tourist attractions we wanted to see. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

This is THE place to stay in Tobermory if you're visiting. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. They know the spots to visit and the places to go, and are helpful at every step of the way. The rooms are clean and extremely well put together. Thank you a million times for the great stay, keep up the awesome work guys!

My wife and I rcently stayed at Escarpment Heights Motel and were genuinely impressed by the overall quality of the property. One of the standout features is the high level of maintenance—everything feels well cared for and up to date. The room was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The room itself was quite large, offering plenty of space to settle in without feeling cramped. The bed was another highlight, with new mattresses that were very comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The motel is in a great location - an easy walk to the restaurants and shops at Little Tub Harbour.
