Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool was clean and hot tub, sauna was not working. Customer service was excellent, staff were friendly and available. We could hear others above us, but it was also children yelling, crying and screaming so no fault of the hotels. Parking was outside of room Accommodation was great for price point

Had to ask for towels although they knew there were 3 adults, very over priced for the size of the room and the very lumpy,old beds, only 1 tv channel on a barely there tv, sink outside the very tiny bathroom,very loud toilet flushing, there was no hair dryer but the room was clean enough,was nice to not hear the people around us,the location was close to what we needed,

Friendly staff. Our room stunk badly of smoke. They immediately changed us to a new room. New room was clean but towels were wet. Outlets broken and wouldn’t hold a plug. Beds in dire need of updating. But clean. Quiet. And convenient

I called the property 3 times and it went automatically to voice mail. When I got there the desk clerk said they are so busy and could not answer the phone. When I checked it he was not a pleasant man. He was just rushing for what I don't know because the property was not busy at all. The rooms were clean however the fridge ice box was falling apart. This is why a gave it a 3 rating.

Nice. Room was redone but the mattress seemed to slope to the west.

Was a good stay. The couch was not comfortable at all. Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of towels available. Overall was ok.

The service was fine. The facility of was old and rundown. There was only one electrical outlet in the room. As soon as you plugged a cord in to the outlet it just fell out. You couldn’t use the lamp between the beds because there was no outlet. As I stated very rundown.

Considering the fact that this Motel is significantly less pricey than most other accommodations in Golden, the comfortable, quiet room, the clean and refreshing outdoor swimming pool, and the friendly check-in were all pleasant surprises 👍

Other than an uncomfortable bed it was a quant little motel with a nice view and handy little walk to pick up pizza for supper after a swim in the outdoor pool and soak in the hot tub.

Our initial room had a problem ( water leak from an other room - things that can happen with rentals ) the host came to Check it out and gave us another room . Overall ok we simply needed a place to sleep and the room did the job .

The room carpet reflect dirt, I can't tell if it's dirty or just look like dirty. One of the power socket cover is missing. Dangerous. Only one little garbage bucket. Tub is great, roomy. The manager is friendly with good attitude.

The towels were stained. The quilt on the bed was stained and the table was sticky

This was a very nice overnight stay and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and responsive to our requests. The room amenities were sparse and it would be nice to have real glasses and cups - otherwise this was a great little stopover and close to downtown and the covered bridge.

Definitely could use an update but it is clean and affordable so that is great!

For the price we expected better. Cleanliness was not great. Bedding felt gross as well as the rest of the room. Would not recommend.
