No amenities. Dirty rooms. Bad breakfast.

Not enough dishes and cookware for the capacity of the room. And nothing more available in the entire hotel. Dirty cookware. Smelling smoke in the stairwell and in front of the building so it was not possible to open the windows.

Beds were awesome and sheets, but the rug was stinky a bit, strange smell in the room.

The property is aged, cheap amenities, linen is all worn out, needs update. Most of the things need update. All three rooms that we got had issues that we choose to compromise on. Broken locks - no door locks , bathroom doors not closing, ac buttons all worn off, can read the buttons. Cheap and limited ameneties

Great breakfast there's a very wide range available. The staff were very friendly the room was clean with plenty of towels. But the AC didn't work and it was very hot.

They upgraded my room for free, as i was travelling with my parents. The person at the desk was super friendly and helpful. Clean room and kitchen. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was very nice and a little different. Hotel was being renovated look forward to seeing it when it’s finished.

Was clean and had some updates done however some of updates not done well (ie: power bar taped up on wall and had very old air conditioner). TV didn’t work and had small leak from bathroom sink. However when told front desk, she (very friendly) took the info down and said they’d look at it after we checked out (we only stayed one night). Beds were comfortable and room was dark with curtains closed (had 5 yr old who goes to bed at 7:30 pm when still light out). Lots of ample parking and easy to get to from downtown. Lots of choices for breakfast however did not like the orange drink (labelled as orange juice). Overall was an okay stay for one night.

Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was a nice little bonus as well. Would happily stay here on our next road trip.

Nice room at a fair price. Continental breakfast was well stocked and the coffee was hot and fresh.

Parking was good as it was right in front of my door! The only thing is I had to leave for my event at 6:45 am but the kitchen does not open until 7 am. It was a good place to sleep in. The bed was not hard! So nice.

Great location, the staff were very helpful and super friendly. Our room was very clean and had everything you needed, also included a breakfast which was great. We will stay here again for sure

Nice clean room and well maintained washroom. Breakfast was average.

Room was clean, parking was fine. Staff was helpful. Only issue was that breakfast starts at 7:30 am which is too late as the standard is 6 am for many hotels around canada.

Leaking sink, questionable stained bedding and furniture, tv didnt work, questonable use of extention cords + multiplugs in room, not a great clean job in the bathroom. Didnt bother with the breakfast so cant comment on that front, and didnt use the hotub. Wont be returning.

The place was basic and functional. Good amount of space. Kitchen was nice to have. Need to bring your own supplies to use the kitchen

Duvets were dirty or dusty, smelled old, lots of other guests smoking everywhere.
