Heater was broken in room. 80 degrees Fahrenheit the entire time. Room was on the ground floor with no way to lock the window. They had a piece of aluminum on the track attempting to hold the windo closed but it could be easily opened anyways. Lots of damage do walls and trim. Shower would go from a normal temp to scalding hot in an instant. I was burned twice. They never cleaned the room once while I stayed there. Ants infesting the room. They charged $140 a night when this place is only worth $40 a night for crack heads.

Served our needs.

Pictures did not reflect the room we were given. Room was old and dirty. Walls were scuffed up and dirty. There was grime around the light switches. Large gouge out of the toilet seat. Shower stall had been painted & the paint had started peeling off. Door was so poorly fit to the frame that there was a large gap where light, elements, and bugs could get through. We didn’t end up staying the night but received no refund.

Not bad. Older place and upgrades are needed. Looks like a new 2 story block is going up. Should be nice when finished.

Staff did not deal with the extremely loud music in one of the rooms from 3am-7am.

Rooms were clean

Reasonably clean for the age of the property. At issue; It started at 12:30 am with a loud vulgar drinking party next door that only grew louder. With karaoke party even a party of two more that pounded on their door demanding entrance at three am. We did call the front desk and reported it. Night watch came ant 1 am and asked them to turn down the music, which was short lived!! I’ll never stay there again. Nor will we ever use Expedia again! The desk clerk would/could not refund any money as this was prepaid through Expedia.

Room was dirty and smelly

I give this place a ZERO star please don’t start here. The rooms were very dirty as in not being cleaned at all. There was blood in the bathtub. There was no plug for the bathtub, no amenities, ZERO face cloths. Asked the room attendant if I could get a face cloth was told no people use them to clean there shoes then had very angry front office staff throwing his hands in the air scoffing, from the request for a face cloth & towel saying that he’s throwing me out of the office for such an ask. They have undercover police parked in there parking lot watching you & as soon as you leave the property pull you over for suspicious of Drunk driving it happened twice.

Staff was unhelpful.

The photos on Expedia are not even close to what we experienced. The laminate floors were cracked and deteriorating. There was cumulative dirt along all the baseboards. The bathroom was disgusting - the tub was dirty and the bathroom window had mould all around it. The bathroom door had a hole in it and there was no latch on the door It smelled unclean and damp. It is the worst motel/ hotel I have ever stayed at.

Parking was a little tight depending on which side because of the construction.

The place didn’t remotely resemble the photos in the ad. The walls were so thin we were kept awake by loud people in the next room both nights until after midnight and they were loud again at 4:30am
