Quiet, beautiful view and walking distance to beach and restaurants. A comfortable stay.

Lovely well maintained older Motel. Friendly staff. A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous view of the St Lawrence. Two minutes from the ferry to Rivierre de Loup.

Rooms are quite old but unique. The river view rooms are beautiful. Marc who was almost always available was very accommodating. Our TV stopped working and he fixed it immediately. The rooms were also very clean!

The check-in desk felt rushed and not friendly. It was our anniversary and I was excited to surprise my spouce. The room was clean and had a nice view of the beach and ferry. It wasn't right on the beach. Also no info in the room on where to eat or take out menu. The rooms were not sound proof, heard the neighbors through the walls all night. Over priced for lack of conveniences.

Booked two nights. Arrived on first night and somehow reservations had been cancelled even though I had a confirmation. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. Arrived back for the second night and room had not been cleaned , made up and no fresh towels and coffee. Very disappointing. If I have to make up my own room why do I have to pay full price for the second night?

I BOOKED THIS STAY ON LINE .I ASKED FOR A MOTEL IN RIVERE DU LOUPE QUEBEC .IT WAS NOREFUNDABLE AND AFTER I GOT THE DIRECTIONS IT WAS 4 HOURS FROM RIVERE DU LOUPE ???????

Dame à l’accueil très chaleureuse et bienveillante! Elle nous a offert une chambre avec une vue sur le fleuve plutôt qu’une vue sur le jardin tel que prévu. Grandement apprécié comme geste de générosité! 🙏💛

I had booked through Expedia and was thus given a standard cottage on the hill, which I could not drive to...with a bad leg, my only option was to upgrade to a room in the main building with a parking spot...which came with a price tag of an additional $145...on top of the more than $300 I had already paid. The owner explained to me that on-line bookings are not given any status! There are very few dining spots...only one open the night we were there and it was cramped and hot....thhe A/C could not keep up....and they cancelled take-out service because they were too busy. The Auberge on the lake provided an excellent breakfast in the morning at a reasonable rate. The beds were fine, but the a/c seemed funky and intermittent.

view was excellent. Not worth the cost. My parking slot was given to another tenent with 2 vehicles. Entire cabin was on a slant . Doors opened on their own. Like walking up and down a hill. Very diaappointed. Sink drains very slow. No icecube trays. Outlets did not work. This cabin was a total disgrace for the exagerated cost? I believe this cabin should be condemnd. Internet was non excistent as it was on and off every few seconds. Will not stop there again..

Great location. Heated pool and hot tub. Restaurant next door. I would come back again!

Great view of the river, walkable to beach but ferry crossing in front of motel so many cars trucks waiting in que all day. Room has clean floors and comfortable bed but room and bathroom are small. Balcony is spacious but so many deer flies impossible to sit comfortably after dark.

The place was beautifully maintained and located. The staff was welcoming. There are a few things the staff should have told us that everything closes down by 8 pm. Being from the city, we normally eat a late supper. There was nowhere to eat. The air conditioner in the room needs to be replaced. There is not even a microwave or any shelving for clothes. The room is TINY!!!

We had a quick one night stay. The room was clean, but tiny. The building we were in was in modular building setup. Overall it was fine for one or two nights. The shower pressure was excellent. Location was great...right at the ferry dock.
