El hotel no tiene muchas comodidades, la recepcionista fue poco amable y nos cobraron aparte el desayuno, que por cierto es bastante precario. Durante la noche pasó el tren por el costado, lo que nos mantuvo despiertos, ya que la aislacion acústica era terrible. Al ser un hotel minero, mucho ruido y tránsito desde la madrugada, sin contar con los camiones del terreno vecino. No vale lo que cobran, es una mala opción.

Restaurant and breakfast buffet are delicious! Rooms were perfect size and very clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy drive to Portillo to ski!

Always a fantastic hotel

Enjoyed my stay here while skiing at Portillo. Bit of a hike to get to the hill but a nice drive in good weather

The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a help for my poor Spanish skills! The hotel was clean and comfortable and our room had a nice view of the garden. The air conditioner was excellent! Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast had a good variety.

The shower had VERY low water pressure and at full hot it was just barely warm. Housekeeping did not clean our room after the first night and the front desk insisted it was our fault even though we left the “clean room” sign on the door. When we returned, someone had turned the sign around. The front desk said I needed a picture of the sign as we left it, so they refused to clean the room. The pool water was dirty and algae was on the bottom and sides. There’s pre but I think this is enough to give you an idea of the hotel.

Everyone was extremely nice and very professional.

Seemed like one of the few modern Hotels in Los Andes area. Staff was great. Highly recommend.

I love this hotel! Very clean, comfortable rooms, nice common areas. The included breakfast has a good selection of foods; there is also an on-site restaurant and bar that are open until late. The front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly, and very helpful. There is convenient and safe parking. We didn’t use the pool because it was winter but it looked nice and clean. The location is very convenient to the town center, with a lot of restaurants and bars within a short walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is great, close to the main town. Walkable and safe, wish the pool was heated.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very difficult to connect to their WiFi and needed to use the hotel computer for internet.

Great stopping off stop for sking Portillo along with a good breakfast. Front desk lady on morning shift spoke great English and is a great help.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and front desk always kind and efficient, room very clean, reliably delicious breakfast included, welcome drink and comfortable beds. Bonus this year is new hairdryers that are a step above the normal weak ones you find in hotels!

Probably the experience would have been much better if we had been able to have a mountain view room, although the view to the garden was pleasant.

We were visiting wineries and enjoyed the restaurant here as well as the hotel.

Well run hotel with pleasant staff, good food and tastefully decorated.
