Nice and clean room. Good food in thei restaurant and excellent breakfast with fruits

speedy check in, polite. had an issue with the room we had and they immediately changed us, no issues. Restaurant was great for supper and breakfast buffet very good also. we would definitely stay there again. Fair value.

Hotel was clean, very accommodating, nice, breakfast, and a spectacular Venezuelan restaurant, Asadero La Forteaeza five blocks away on the head of Diagonal Street.

I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.

Everything was excellent. Really friendly personnel, good food at restaurant. The only bad was bathroom was dirty.

Nice little hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. It'd be nice if their motion detectors turned the lights in the parking garage on a tad longer. :)

Brand new hotel with nice, clean rooms. Decent breakfast buffet. Secure garage underground. I would certainly stay here again.

Brand new hotel and staff was friendly. The portion sizes in the restaurant were huge!

La habitación es grande, impecable, el aire a la temperatura justa. La cama super cómoda. El baño también es grande

El problema radica en la recepción (Gabriela) Cuando ingresamos pagué toda la estadía con dólares billetes, los cuales fueron revisados al detalle por 2 personas que estaban en la Recepción. Observaron algunos billetes que reemplacé inmediatamente por otros de igual denominación. Quedó todo abonado y me entregaron la habitación. La estadía y los servicios del Hotel estuvieron satisfactorio a la altura de los Hoteles Diego de Almagro que ya hemos conocido en otras ciudades de Chile. Al momento de hacer el Check-out una persona identificada como Gabriela nos increpa de mala manera y observa un billete de U$S 100 por una mancha que, según decía ella, habíamos entregado en pago por la estadía. Esta situación nos incomodó mucho y la falta de colaboración y entendimiento de Gabriela empeoró la situación, a tal punto que pensé llamar a Carabineros para que interviniera en la situación. Afortunadamente apareció una señora que estaba en la oficina contigua e intercedió resolviendo la situación desagradable que nos hizo pasar Gabriela. Cordialmente. Carlos Peralta

El personal fue muy amable, la habitación excelente y el desayuno muy rico y variado. Solo tuve problemas con la caja fuerte que no funcionó bien, pero fue el único detalle.

Os funcionar senão são simpáticos , não se esforçam em atender e são arrohantes . Não volto mais .

O hotel tem ótimas instalações e limpeza. O café da manhã é farto. A equipe de funcionários precisa de melhor treinamento para atender turistas estrangeiros, ou houve má vontade na comunicação.
